This vacation home with a panoramic view of the sea awaits you in the heart of the seaside resort of Saint-Quay-Portrieux.



The apartment is very bright thanks to its large windows and offers a balcony where you can relax and enjoy the view. The interior is modern, pleasant and offers all the comforts for a successful vacation. Only 200 meters away there is a small sand and pebble beach. The large, well-known beach of the casino is only 700 m away. There are clubs for children with pool and games. At the other end of the beach there is a swimming pool with sea water.



The town of St-Quay-Portrieux is very nice, you can walk along the marina and eat in the restaurants and crêperies, or try local specialties such as seafood platters, Breton pancakes and cakes or cider. The Comtesse beach, 2 km away, is also popular with holidaymakers. For hiking enthusiasts, there is the GR34 at 50 meters. To visit: I'lle de Bréhat (20 km) the towns of Paimpol (26 km) and Saint-Brieuc (21 km), the abbey of Beauport (23 km), the temple of Lanleff (18 km), the chapel of Kermaria (12 km). Activities: equestrian center Plouha (7 km), Zooparc Tregomeur (13 km), Accrobranche Morieux (37 km).

Vacances très agréables dans cet appartement clair, propre et très bien équipé et bien situé (vue mer depuis le balcon). Très bon accueil des propriétaires qui nous ont expliqué le fonctionnement de la résidence et de l'appartement et nous ont donné des informations pratiques sur la ville et ses environs.

Appartement neuf dans un quartier calme

Appartement neuf et d'une propreté irréprochable , très bien équipé, grande salle se séjour, cuisine aménagée moderne, belle vue sur mer depuis la petite terrasse, excellent emplacement dans St QUAY PORTRIEUX à 5 ' des plages par le sentier douanier..... 2 places parking (extérieur et intérieur) + garage vélo facile d'accès. Très bon accueil et rendez-vous départ par les propriétaires. Excellent séjour d'une semaine en août 2022.

belle endroit pour se reposer, à 10 minutes à pieds du centre ville ou 15 minutes en longeant la mer. Plein promenade agréable à faire. Le temps se remet vite au beau après une giboulée.

Balcon avec vue sur la mer

Nous (2 adultes et 2 enfants) avons séjourné dans cet appartement récemment construit pour quelques jours seulement et avons apprécié la belle vue sur la mer et la rare gentillesse des propriétaires. Nous recommandons le séjour aux familles qui recherchent le calme et la tranquillité. Au revoir.

Appartement neuf aménagé avec soin, très bien équipé, situé à proximité de la mer sur le sentier côtier qui offre de jolies vues. Quartier calme, stationnement en sous-sol, balcon avec vue sur la mer sont autant d'éléments appréciés.

Très bel appartement

L'appartement est très fonctionnel, bien équipé et très bien décoré. De plus il est situé dans une résidence très agréable, très bien située à proximité du chemin des douaniers, des plages et du centre ville. Je recommande vivement cet appartement où nous avons déjà séjourné deux fois et où nous retournerons probablement.
