Come stay in this conveniently located home, located within a 15-minute walk of Starin Park and UW-W sports fields, making attending family and friends events easy and stress-free. The famous Kettle Moraine State Park has TONS of hiking trails to explore the rolling hills that makes Wisconsin. Explore the vibrant downtown and surrounding areas of Whitewater where a wide selection of local restaurants, breweries, wineries, boutiques, and distilleries await. For a change of scenery, take a 35-minute drive to the beautiful waters of Lake Geneva or head 25-minutes south to Janesville for great shopping, and more. With a detailed guidebook of all the local hot-spots included with your stay, your days will be filled with plenty to explore and enjoy.

The space: As soon as you enter in to the spacious unit, the open-concept kitchen will be to your right and bedrooms and bathroom will to your left. A dining room table is available for you to work remotely, play games, or enjoy a meal. Hang your jacket and store your shoes in the cubby next to the front door. The open-concept kitchen is ready for any length of stay you desire. The breakfast bar facing the kitchen has three barstools. The Kurieg in the kitchen has a selection of tea and coffee for you to enjoy. Leading in to the living room, a cozy sectional sofa faces the flatscreen TV loaded with Spectrum TV and Netflix. Each bedroom has a walk in closet for all of your belongings and a dressing vanity with a lighted mirror along with a wall-mounted TV with Netflix. The bathroom has a handheld shower head along with provided shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Plush towels are included with your stay.

Access: You will have access to Apartment 102, hallways, laundry room (paid via phone or quarters), and the outdoor picnic area and pet relief area. Parking is located behind the building. We include two parking passes for your stay. We are long-time residents of Whitewater and are here to help. We are a short phone call, text, or message away. Transit options: With the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater just a short walk away, visiting friends or family who attend the University is the easy. Campus sporting events are a short walk away! Starin Park is a short drive (or 15 minute walk) away if you are attending Whitewater for sporting events. Bird scooters are available to use throughout town. Brown Cab is a local cab company, and Uber/Lyft has limited availability. There is more availability for Uber/Lyft from September-May, this is all depending on the amount of drivers in the area. Bird scooters are available to use throughout town. Whitewater has sidewalks on nearly every street, so walking to events is a breeze! The Kettle Moraine State Park is about a 15 minute drive.

-This is also an apartment building with long-term residents residing next door. We ask to respect our fellow residents, and if you have any issues with noise, do not hesitate to reach out. This building is mainly quiet, and residents have noise restrictions.
-A $30/night charge will be added to your booking if you bring a pet. Guest must disclose to the host if they are bringing pets prior to check-in.
-Guests are to respect quiet hours between 9:00 P.M. and 10:00 A.M.
- Check in time is 4:00 P.M. on the check in day, unless otherwise approved by host.
- Check-out time is 11:00 A.M. on the check out day, unless otherwise approved by host.
-Guests are required to communicate with the host. Guests who do not communicate can have their booking cancelled.
- Please review the check-out instructions listed in the guidebook upon arrival and kindly complete them before check-out at 11:00 A.M.. If any items are missed on the check out list, this may result in an additional cleaning fee.
- No pets are allowed on beds or furniture. Please bring a bed for your pet. Pet fees are $30/night if you bring a pet. Airbnb: An initial $60/night charge will be added to your booking which will count for 2 nights of pet fees if you bring a pet. An additional $30/night will be added for each night past two nights in your booking. The host has the right to deny a reservation based on approval of pets.
- A maximum of 2 pets under 50 pounds are allowed to stay in the unit *if* previously approved by the host. Be sure to bring their own beds and toys. Any damages or extra cleaning caused by pets will be charged back to your reservation and/or by withholding your damage deposit.
- Guest must disclose to the host if they are bringing pets prior to check-in.
- Only the number of people accepted in the booking are allowed to stay at the unit. Guests are welcome to visit but not to stay overnight.
- Events are not allowed on the property. Fireworks are not allowed on the property.
- No smoking is allowed inside the building. Dispose any butts in the respective disposal containers by the entrances.
- Quiet hours are between 9:00 P.M. and 10:00 A.M.. Please respect our neighbors! If you have any noise issues during your stay, please call us immediately.
