This house features 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths. There is a King Bed in the Master, and two bedrooms with Queen Beds. The rooms are large with Beautiful, comfortable furnishings and an Amazing covered back porch. The fully furnished kitchen and outdoor gas grill will make mealtime a breeze. Whether you're here alone or with a group, you will enjoy all this house has to offer.

Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone!

Pet friendly with a $25 fee per pet

NO parties! Quiet time is after 10:00 p.m.

Pets are limited to housebroken domestic animals. A pet fee of $25.00 will be required and is a nonrefundable fee. Guest agrees to disclose the breed and weight of each pet. Host may refuse to allow pet occupancy. All pets are required to be on a leash anytime outside of home.

The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, show the gate guard your booking confirmation, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.

INSIDE THE VILLAGE -

You can purchase a "5 Visit" pass card. This is an easy and inexpensive way for you to sample some of our most fun activities. The passes can be purchased at The Coronado Fitness Center, POA (Property Owners Association), or our Remax office. You get any combination of five visits to these Hot Springs Village recreational amenities:
