Outstanding! Everything about this condo in Brickell couldn’t have been better. The owner was very communicative. The condo was spotless. The location in the heart of Brickell was perfect. The view for the 26th floor balcony was fabulous. Great place to stay. I highly recommend this condo.

This property served its purpose. Offered two bedrooms and baths which was ideal for our family of four with adult teen children. We didn’t revive the access code by 4pm and realized it was due to someone indicating am instead of pm. The service center was very helpful and fixed the issue right away. However, my phone wasn’t able to receive the code via the required app. Luckily we set up my son’s phone and it worked. The key fob is needed to access the building from the garage and to use in elevators. This wasn’t explicitly explained and we got “stuck” in the elevator and had to head down to lobby for assistance. Aside from that, the stay was fine. But as a vacation home owner myself, I don’t think it’s worth my of five stars as it’s somewhat dated (ie old showers and baths and in need in of some touch up (baseboards, broke floor tiles and a ceiling satin?).

Once we got into our condo, everything was great! Make sure you have the check in info before you arrive otherwise, you’ll have to wait. Location, gym and pool is excellent! Thank you, Summer and Alex!

Cousins from France flew into Miami on 9/13/2025, and we all spent the first two nights of their American journey at this awesome condo. Great views of the bay (and you can see the ocean, too!) and Brickell. The unit was very clean. Off-street garage parking is available and was welcome because the area can be busy with only limited on-street parking. Communications with the owner were very good. The drive to South Beach is very easy and fast. I impressed my French cousins very much with my selection of this condo.

Great location

We had 2 adults and 2 kids in this unit over Easter weekend and it was wonderful. The condo was well-stocked and it and the pools were clean. The game room was also a hit with the kids. We didn’t have a car, so I can’t comment on the parking situation, but otherwise everything was pretty easy. He owner’s left very clear and helpful instructions.

Great spot to explore Miami!

Great location in Brickell that was walking distance from many attractions. Less than $20 to Uber anywhere else like South Beach or downtown Miami. Everything was clean in the rooms so it was a comfortable stay. Host was very communicative.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great time during our stay here! My family of five had plenty of space and the hosts were great with communication and even checked in shortly after we arrived to make sure everything was good. The location was wonderful and walkable to the water and so many restaurants and stores. Also a quick drive from lots of other fun places. The condo was clean and although the neighborhood was very safe, security in the building was top-notch.The included parking spot was very nice.The pools and game room were great and not too crowded. The balcony was very large and the view was pretty. The only small issue was that only having one key fob made it difficult to have multiple people in different places since it was needed to access any floors except the ground floor. This was definitely not a dealbreaker, though. We would absolutely stay here again!
