Excellent Village, located in Praia da Gamboa, next to Morro de São Paulo. Located in the Villa Gamboa Condominium, with great structure, swimming pool, barbecue and private access to the beach!

My space is fully furnished and has 3 bedrooms (2 superior suites and 1 bedroom on the ground floor) with split air conditioning. In addition, it is equipped with a full kitchen, cozy balcony, split air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi and Smart TV.

We take care of the house with all the affection and care, in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;

***A deposit of R$900.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

*******We do not allow guest changes while the stay is in progress, even if the number of people remains within the permitted capacity of the property.

The composition of the rooms is as follows:

Suite 1: 1 double bed, split air conditioning, tv, blackout and balcony.

Suite 2: 1 double bed, split air conditioning, tv, blackout curtain and balcony.

Bedroom 1: 2 single beds, split air conditioning and blackout curtain.

Gamboa is a neighboring village to Morro de São Paulo. In practice, they share the same fame and you will be able to circulate between them without even noticing the change.

Praia da Gamboa is 2 km long and has a calm and transparent sea. Along the entire shore there are kiosks and restaurants that cater to tourists. In the busiest part of the sandstrip, the beachfront inns and restaurants are connected by suspended wooden walkways, making walking easier. In the farthest part of the movement, everything is more rustic, with hammocks and loungers under the trees to relax.

One of Gamboa's attractions that draws the attention of visitors is the clay wall. Many say that clay is medicinal and has rejuvenating and moisturizing properties. In addition, some other attractions stand out, such as water sports (stand up paddle, kayak, windsurf, Hawaiian canoe) and also the Fonte do Céu, a waterfall located in the middle of the Atlantic Forest.

The best way to reach Praia da Gamboa is by sea, from the pier in Morro de São Paulo. The boat ticket has a very popular price (it is a common line of transport on the island) and in ten minutes you will be in Gamboa.
