**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;

***A deposit of R$1000.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

**** Use of the condominium's barbecue area for an additional charge, in accordance with established rules;

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

The composition of the rooms is as follows:

Suite 1 (ground floor): 1 queen bed, window air conditioning, blackout curtain, dresser and TV;

Suite 2 (superior): 1 queen bed, 1 single bed, 1 auxiliary bed, window air conditioning, blackout curtain, dresser and TV;

Suite 3 (superior): 1 queen bed, window air conditioning, blackout curtains, TV and closet;

Suite 4 (superior): 2 single beds, 1 single mattress, Split air conditioning, blackout curtain and TV.

* We have 1 single bed with assistant in the living room.

**All bathrooms have showers with a solar heating system.
