Nestled in the woods, Stepping Stone Cove is your family's perfect spot for scenic views, swimming, fishing, and boating. Located in a quiet cove, this gorgeous home features an open concept living space, 2 fireplaces, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, rec room, and office. Outside, you'll find a screened-in porch, deck, and patio with hammocks and hot tub with lake views for ultimate relaxation. Head out the back door to your own private dock and lake access! Central AC, wifi, and pet-friendly, 9 min drive to downtown & grocery!

This two-level home featuring soaring ceilings, gorgeous lake views, and a private dock that easily accommodates a large group or entire family (8 adults max) is ready to be your next home away from home! Inside the home you will find a gorgeous kitchen with double ovens, dishwasher, full sized refrigerator and freezer, gas stovetop, and all of the essential cooking supplies for your stay. Dine at your table for 6, curl up on the large sectional, relax on the screened-in porch, or cuddle up in a reading chair around the fireplace while taking in the sunrise or sunset. The lower-level recreation room is perfect for playing games, doing a puzzle, or watching a movie.

In addition to the screened in porch, you'll find two outdoor patios furnished for your use. Take advantage of the hammock and swing as you plan your lake-adventures for the day!

As for sleeping arrangements, the primary suite on the main floor has a king-sized bed and en suite full bathroom with tub, standing shower, and double sinks. Downstairs, you'll find three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with a twin-over-full bunkbed. There is also a queen-sized pull out couch in the rec room and an air mattress available for use.

You'll also find a designated office on the lower level with a desk and computer chair for those who can't completely turn off the realities of work.

On that note - fiber internet has arrived in Lake Anna! While we still believe in disconnecting while at the lake, this has made working remotely a more achievable undertaking :)

You will also be close to several restaurants with Cooling Pond Brewery, Callie Opie's Orchard Restaurant, Vito's, and Lake Anna Taphouse all within a few short miles. Food Lion (grocery store) and downtown Mineral with a bustling weekly farmer's market are both just a quick, 9 minute drive from the house.

Lake Anna is great for water sports enthusiasts and the Lake Anna State Park offers more than 15 miles of scenic hiking trails, picnic areas, guarded lake swimming, playgrounds, and more!

Guest access
During your stay, the entire home is yours and yours alone. You'll have full access to the grounds, the home, outdoor spaces, and the dock. While you are welcome to dock your boat, please do note that it is not a covered slip. There are several public boat launches available for use throughout the Lake Anna area.

Other things to note
The home is located on the public side of Lake Anna.

Please note that any and all drivers of motorized watercrafts must have a Virginia Boater Safety License. Additionally, any and all fishing will require a Virginia Fishing License.

We have a grill that we store in the garage. If you use it, please roll it into the driveway to cook and roll it back into the garage when you are done! You are welcome to use either of the propane tanks we have, and if they are empty more can be purchased from the Food Lion that’s about 10 minutes from the house.

Well behaved dogs are welcomed, with a pet fee that is passed directly on to our cleaners! Please, house-trained dogs only. We are assessed a $20 fine/mess in the house by our cleaning company that will be passed along to guests.
