Electricity, gas and water consumption will be charged in seasonal rentals.

Check-in hours: from 2pm to 6pm – after hours there is a convenience fee.
Check-out time: until 12:00 pm - An employee of LUXOBRASIL.com.br or a representative will meet the customer at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. For out-of-hours check-outs, there is a convenience fee and a daily excess amount.

PROPERTY RULES:
NO parties/celebrations/events and pets on the property.
The house is limited to 22 (twenty-two) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
The guest holder of the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, being responsible for damaged goods and property damages occurred during their stay in the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, such as fines that may occur due to violation of law or internal regulation of the Condominium.
