Apartment for 4 with kitchen, terrace, separate entrance, parking; in greenery..

Our 1-bedroom apartment has a separate entrance, bedroom with a queen-size bed and extensible sofa, kitchen, bathroom with shower and a shaded terrace. It can accommodate up to 4 people.

It is equipped with air conditioning.

Kitchen is equipped with all utensils you might need for preparing meals and dishes. Appliances: refrigerator with freezer, electric stove with 2 hot plates, microwave and water heater.

The apartment has a terrace and a small garden (visible on the photos), which is confined with 0.5-1 m high fence. Passage to the road is also "guarded" with iron garden doors. We've had children before and never had a problem with security. However, this does depend on the kids' behaviour, particularly the older ones.

Guests are free to use: WiFi, flatiron and a portable wooden grill (barbecue).

Pets are welcomed, but their stay is charged extra: 5 €/pet/day.

There are 5 parking spaces available, 3 of which are in front of the house and 2 are 50 m away. Both parking lots are lighted.

There are some 20 steps from the parking lot to the apartment.
