Cozy Venice Home with Heated Pool near the Beach

Enjoy the safe and quiet neighborhood with access to most everything you need in minutes. Eight minutes to the beach, groceries, restaurants, parks and walking trails.

Take a dip in the pool, sip your margarita and grill in the totally screened-in lanai. If you're combining work and pleasure there is a business center nook with everything you need. A sofa-sleeper is at the opposite end of the nook. It's perfect for kids.

All kitchen/bath essentials, beach equipment & towels are provided. The kitchen is equipped with all of the culinary necessities as well as 2 types of coffee makers (drip and Keurig) We provide starter supplies but do not replenish the entire stay.

Shamrock Park is 3 minutes away for basketball, tennis and more, as is the world famous Legacy Bike Trail. Downtown Venice is filled with quaint shops, eateries, and the public beach. If you're a baseball fan the training camp and state for the art facility is short 7 miles jaunt.

For you pets, the back yard is 100 percent fenced in but it is not a chain link. Very small dogs may get through.

* There is ample parking for 2 cars
* Permission must be granted first regarding pets. Please provide breed, size and number of pets. $100 per pet flat fee per stay.
* A ring door bell is active and records by motion activation. There is also a camera on the front yard/drive way. There are no cameras inside the home.

The house itself is very comfortable and was cleaned very well besides very minor things were all human and miss stuff from time to time.Beds 9/10 the only thing i have a complaint about with the master bed is that there is like a weird gap between the headboard and mattress and it eats you pillows other than that it was perfect Pool didnt have a heater at that time and they communicated that with me before i booked.We really only had one issue which was dome antz the first day we were there. I messaged them and withing the next day they had someone out there to take care of it they were very fast and professional and understanding about it. You are pretty close to several good beaches! Snorkeling at the north jettty! Also has great shellong there and your close to several beaches that are great for shark tooth hunting!10/10 recommend this place!

Had a very pleasant week long stay at this house. The bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen has everything you need, and the patio/pool area is setup well for hanging out and grilling. I had to do some work on this trip, so it was nice having an area with a desk where that could be comfortably done. Checkout was super simple, with a just a couple bare minimum things to be done.

Nice property in a quiet location

The home is updated and modern and spacious. We enjoyed the private backyard, patio and pool area. Owner communicated punctually with any questions we had.

Renter Beware

Tia said that her cleaning person stated that my dog had fleas and left the house "flea infested". She demanded that I pay her extra money for treatment and for the additional clean up. She also said that it would be easier to settle it between us rather than make a claim, and included a link where I can pay her directly. I asked for photos and she said that the cleaning person did not take any. As a pet owner all my life, I would know if my dog had fleas. If you ever had fleas in your house, you would know! He also receives Bravetco from the vet regulary. But, I did take my dog to the vet, and there were no fleas, no signs of fleas, he was absolutely flea free. I informed Tia, and told her that this matter is resolved and I will not be paying any additional charges since it is confirmed that my dog did not and does not have fleas. What kind of host falsley accuses her renter without checking the property herself? And what kind of host then requests payment be made directly to her rather than go through the proper channels? And if she did this to me, will she try it, or another scam, with another renter? Someone who might just pay the additional charges without question? So, that is why I am writing this. I felt I should let other renters know what happened to me in case they are considering renting this property. Renter, beware.

Using the word "scam" in a public forum when the information presented is not complete, is grounds for libel. The real reason this was written is because of wounded pride. Never once in the last 6 years out of 1000+ stays have we ever received a 1 on a review from the 3 booking sites we are on. Our review status with 5 properties averages at 4.8 out of 5. I never asked for payment to go through me personally. I asked that it go through the booking company...the proper channels. Proof is recorded in our conversation on the platform Dec. 28 at 5:57 pm. This evidence is refutable. It amazes me how people bend a story to suit their needs. What kind of woman would falsely accuse another of a scam?
