This impeccably renovated space, on Portland peninsula, by Maine Medical is available as a furnished, month to month rental with every utility included.
To be approved to rent, we ask that every guest submit an application through our website. There is a $35 application fee and a credit check. Upon being approved you will also be required to sign a lease agreement. If you would like a copy of the lease, to review, before booking please ask.
