Southern Charm 1 - 5 minutes to downtown Laurel. SUMMER SALE!!

Southern Charm is on a quiet and cute street just minutes from downtown Laurel. The house has two bedrooms, each with a king bed. There is one full bath and also a good size half bath.
The house is tastefully decorated with lots of color and antiques. All furniture (including mattresses) are brand new as of August, 2022. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you could possibly need for baking or making a family meal. The's a 55" TV, dining table for 4, and a big kitchen with keurig and cuisinart coffee makers, crockpot, nice set of pots and pans, knife set, and so much more.
Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are included. All towels and linens are new.
You'll enjoy walking down the street with the cute southern homes closely.

Charming home in a nice neighborhood. Beverly is a wonderful host. Great communication. And we really enjoyed the home baked cookies.

We had a great stay! Everything in the house was ‘just so’:the furniture/decor were very inviting, beds and linens were very comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, loved having a washer and dryer. The overall affect was very homey/cozy. We wanted to stay longer! In addition, Beverly was a great host. Very friendly, helpful and available. Would highly recommend Southern Charm!

The most relaxing stay! We loved staying in Laurel at this precious home. It is extremely clean and has everything you could possibly need for a comfy stay. It's in a great location and we felt super safe. We would love to stay here again!

Great little cottage!

Cottage was just as pictured and described. Beverly was great! She checked in with us prior to arrival date and during our stay. She asked if it was ok to come over and bring us some of her homemade cookies. We enjoyed our little visit along with the cookies! Highly recommend!

Perfect weekend getaway

The house is perfect - clean and cozy. We didn't cook meals while we were there, but the kitchen was well equipped. The neighborhood is quiet and just a 5 minute drive to downtown Laurel. Mrs Beverly was an amazing host and was just a text away if we had questions. We will absolutely stay again.

Beverly was the best host. The house was everything she said it was and more. She was very communicative and patient during the booking process. She went above and beyond for her visitors and we will definitely be back. The house was super clean and well stocked with all supplies you could ever need. She answered all my questions and then some. She left several recommendations on shopping/attractions and restaurants that were all superb. Can’t say enough about Southern Charm and Beverly. The best experience on VRBO I’ve ever had!

We LOVED this little home!! So welcoming…so clean…so comfy…so beautiful!!!!We enjoyed meeting Beverly and her hubby! They brought us warm delicious cookies!!Laurel is a fun place to visit! Definitely a great choice to stay here!! It’s in such a sweet neighborhood!

Beverly could not have been helpful! She provided lists of restaurants, shops and experiences for all types and ages.The property was 5-7 mins from Downtown and close to literally everything we were interested in. It felt like coming home after a long day out. She dropped off home made cookies.......TRUE SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY! We WILL stay there again in the future.

Southern Charm in Laurel

Beverly is the absolute best host we have ever had and the house is so warm and welcoming. Laurel is every bit as charming as we have seen on our favorite show! We only had one evening to stay on our way to Gulf Shores, but we wish it could have been longer. Beverly bakes delicious cookies to welcome her guests! Highly recommend.

Mother-Daughter getaway

The cottage was lovely. The beds were very comfortable. The owner made us delicious oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. She gave us lists of places to see and restaurants to try.

Sister Getaway

This is such a cute little house, very clean and comfortable with great communication with the owner. The neighborhood is nice as well and in a good location though the road that borders one side is pretty busy.

Great place to stay

I would definitely recommend this place. Mrs. Beverly is very quick to respond and is an AWESOME Host. Her place is very clean and welcoming. She makes sure that everything is good for you and only a call or text away. We will stay there again on our next visit. We did go and visit downtown and eat at several of the places and shop. It was a great trip.

Perfect

The house was super cute. The host was so helpful. Her and her husband came by to meet us and brought us cookies. Short stay and never bothered us again. Told me to text if we had any questions. Super nice people. Will stay there again.
