Southern Charm 1 - 5 minutes to downtown Laurel. All furnishings are brand new.

Southern Charm is on a quiet and cute street just minutes from downtown Laurel. The house has two bedrooms, each with a king bed. There is one full bath and also a good size half bath.
The house is tastefully decorated with lots of color and antiques. All furniture (including mattresses) are brand new as of August, 2022. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you could possibly need for baking or making a family meal. The's a 55" TV, dining table for 4, and a big kitchen with keurig and cuisinart coffee makers, crockpot, nice set of pots and pans, knife set, and so much more.
Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are included. All towels and linens are new.
You'll enjoy walking down the street with the cute southern homes closely.

Sister Getaway

This is such a cute little house, very clean and comfortable with great communication with the owner. The neighborhood is nice as well and in a good location though the road that borders one side is pretty busy.

Southern Charm is exactly that!

Super clean, quaint, adorable little house located in a great neighborhood that isn’t too far from downtown. We would highly recommend Southern Charm and would stay again. You won’t be disappointed!

Great place to stay

I would definitely recommend this place. Mrs. Beverly is very quick to respond and is an AWESOME Host. Her place is very clean and welcoming. She makes sure that everything is good for you and only a call or text away. We will stay there again on our next visit. We did go and visit downtown and eat at several of the places and shop. It was a great trip.

Perfect

The house was super cute. The host was so helpful. Her and her husband came by to meet us and brought us cookies. Short stay and never bothered us again. Told me to text if we had any questions. Super nice people. Will stay there again.

Relaxing stay

We had a wonderful stay at Southern Charm. Owner communicated very well, was friendly and helpful, and even baked us some cookies! Just a few minutes from The Scotsman General Store, Scent Library, Laurel Mercantile, Pearl’s Diner, Lee’s Coffee and Tea, and Mimmo’s Italian - all great spots! Would definitely stay there again.

Southern Charmer!

Southern Charm cottage is a fantastic place to stay. It is truly charming and so is the host, Beverly. The cottage is colorfully decorated and cute. Beds were comfortable, towels were soft and thick and the place was spotless. Beverly brought us warm fresh baked cookies and we had a very nice visit with her. The personal touch was great.

Absolutely Charming Cottage

The location is just perfect!! Beautiful home, extremely tastefully decorated and everything you need to be very comfortable!! The beds were amazing, as was the living room furniture!! Communication with owner was excellent!! She made sure we had everything we needed and made excellent recommendations!!! We WILLbe returning to her Souther Charm!!

Fantastic southern charm stay

I can’t stress how wonderful our stay was. Our host Beverly couldn’t have been any better. She gave us personal recommendations for places to eat, things to do. The personal touches were amazing. The house was spotless and very convenient to downtown Laurel. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or any other properties of hers.

Beautiful Cottage

My sister and I came to Laurel due to being fans of the tv show Home Town. We were so fortunate to find this wonderful and beautiful cottage to make our visit to Laurel very special. Beverly is a fantastic host. She provided two list - Restaurants and places to shop with places of interest to visit in downtown Laurel. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and convenient to everything.

Spectacular!

Great choice!

Beverly is an incredibly gracious host, from a personalized welcome sign to provided coffee creamer she really goes above and beyond to make the stay great. She provided recommendations for both activities and restaurants that were reliable. The house was clean and felt safe. Would certainly stay there again.

Southern Charm is true to its name, and its owner was active in communicating with us to ensure all our needs were met. It’s very well furnished, with a large kitchen and living/family room. The beds are comfortable and the home very relaxing. We hope to stay there again.
