The detached holiday home, built in 1990 and renovated in 2009, is furnished in the typical local style. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities and garden furniture. Shared garden.

Pula. The holiday home is located on a 1000 sqm, enclosed plot. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
