DO NOT STAY HERE - DISHONEST HOSTS
This was a disappointment not only in terms of the hosts, and the apartment, but Vrbo as well.
The shower did not work correctly. The host was alerted to this on the second day of my stay and they said that a plumber would come to fix it. After waiting two weeks, no one came.
There was constant noise, on weekends as well, from construction within the apartment building as they are remodeling other apartments.
The apartment also has a chemical smell from the materials/paint that the closet is made out of.
Furthermore, there are no streaming services despite an exorbitant price.
I alerted Vrbo to the issues but they said that because it was after my check-in that it was completely up to the host to offer a refund. When I told the host I wanted to leave due to these issues not being fixed as well as other issues, they refused to give a refund for the unused nights and Vrbo customer support did nothing.
