Cozy Tampa House with Heated Salt Water Pool

Welcome to our lake house in Tampa.

The screened backyard oasis is a great entertainment space for family and friends to enjoy the saltwater and heated swimming pool, or challenge in a ping pong tournament. It also has a small golf putter green space by the pool. Afterwards, enjoy the BBQ with the gas grill and lounge on the poolside chairs under the warm Florida sun. Enjoy the beautiful sunset by the lake while your family gather by the fire pit at night.
The space

This house has 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath. All 4 bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and the other 3 bedrooms share the same bathroom. The 1/2 bath is located downstairs for our guests' convenience.

Communication was excellent. Kids had a great time in the pool! All rooms were exactly as seen online. I have never stayed in a Vrbo that offered so many extras, like coffee, dishwasher soap….etc. thank you!

Rooms were all.clean. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Had fun with the foosball and basketball games in the garage space. Pool nicely heated. However seems to need the pool filter to run harder and/or have a vacuum running across the bottom to keep pool sebris free. Would recommend a stay here. Owner communicated well.

Our stay here was great!! The kids loved the pool, we used it every day of our stay. There was more than enough room for our large family to stay with room to spare! All the cleaning/toiletry/laundry supplies we needed were supplied by the host which was awesome!! All of my questions were answered relatively quickly and thoroughly by the host as well. My only complaints were very minor…..pool maintenance was supposed to happen while we were there but that didn’t happen and there was quite a bit of leaves/dirt accumulated on the bottom of the pool that could have been cleaned up, but it didn’t stop us from using the pool. There was also a very small section of the kitchen counter that started accumulating some tiny ants on our last couple of days there and I couldn’t find any spray in the house anywhere but again it didn’t hinder our stay dramatically at all.

Great location and Host

We had an awesome time, the house was great and the pool was awesome. The host was very responsive if we need anything or had questions. 9 adults stayed here had plenty of room!! I would highly recommend, thank you for an awesome place to stay in Tampa!!

Perfect weekend getaway!

This adorable listing was extremely convenient to navigate around the Tampa area. The rooms were very comfortable and had plenty of options to accommodate our family of 8. The pool was by far the star of the show, especially for the kids!
Highly recommend catching a movie at Sun-Ray Cinema!
Delicious sushi restaurant close to the house!

Spring Break

The pool and pool area are awesome. Plenty of space for everyone. The location is absolutely perfect. Close to many attractions. Nice finishes throughout the home. Would stay here again if available.

Regarding the lake, a portion of our backyard does open to the water, though not the entire yard. Overall the property was great and host was very quick to respond. House was in perfect location for our purposes that weekend. However, the pictures did not accurately depict current condition of property, for example, one entire side of screened in porch and roof of lanai was missing screens so there wasn’t any protection from bugs, mosquitos, etc.; grill was filthy and we had to clean it to keep it from catching on fire; putting green was unusable; arcade game was miniature & lacked a power cord, etc.

Hi Patience, Thank you for your feedback. The screens were temporarily removed prior to your stay due to tent fumigation and have since been fully replaced. I’ve reminded our cleaner to ensure the grill is always cleaned before guest arrivals, and we’ve added a new full-size arcade game for future guests.
