The house is situated on a 15,000 m² plot with a communal garden and pavilions to linger. Schulenbrook belongs to the municipality of Metelsdorf and is a quiet suburb of Wismar, which is surrounded by pure nature. The region offers several nature parks that want to be discovered and the Baltic Sea beaches of Wismar Bay and Lake Schwerin can be reached quickly by car. The Hanseatic city is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Characterized by the port and fishing, lovingly restored town houses, market square and many cafés and restaurants, the lively city is a wonderful destination for young and old. Families with children are particularly encouraged to visit the grounds of the State Horticultural Show with its zoo, adventure camp and play farmer's barn. A visit to the state capital Schwerin is also highly recommended.
