Well appointed inside to meet your every need, featuring High ceilings, Hardwood floors, Crown molding, Fabulous Kitchen with island and gas, marble countertops and tons of cabinets & pantry. REAR GATED Parking is a huge plus in the city. Local owners provide excellent service for guests. Walk to dinner or grab a pizza, or plan a fantastic "stay in" get away with fireplace, mounted televisions and privacy! This townhome is Super nice!

Another phenomenal weekend in Birmingham at this great Five Points townhome. We’ve stayed here many times, and it’s consistently clean, well-taken care of, and well-positioned for any activities in the core of Birmingham and out to many of its suburbs. Best of all, management is very responsive and communicates well ahead of our rental. We love it here! And, we’ll be back.

This place was right on!! Everything was super clean and all extras were available. Recommended for anyone staying in Birmingham. Host was the best in communication that we have ever had and this is out of 20 plus bookings via VRBO. Great location and near the airport and close to downtown. We had a great stay and vacation. Thank you again and when we book next year we will stay at the townhome.

Great location! Close to downtown, cute neighborhoods, and restaurants. Street parking available, but nice to have the option of gated parking in the back of the property. The home was very comfortable and clean. Would definitely return next time we are in Birmingham.

Nice place

Definitely a values considering the local hotel options. The place was nice, had everything and a nice view. Includes gated parking which is almost a must in the area.

Perfect for Our Stay
