We will strictly enforce the no partying. We respect our neighbors and want to be good steward’s of the neighborhood. 3 car limit at house.

Parking is extremely limited due to the width of the street and the park pad is limited to two cars. Three cars will be a challenge. Two cars are not a problem.

Major event attractions are very close to the house - The Battery, Suntrust Park, Downtown Atlanta, Mercedes Benz Stadium, Stone Mountain, Kennesaw Mountain Battlefield, White Water. The list goes on and on.....
