Your modern apartment has an official rental license (ETVPL / 13730) from the tourism authority so that you can enjoy your vacation carefree.

Your Marina Park resort has its own - direct - access to the beach of Cala Millor and is located next to a peninsula. The Punta de n’Amer peninsula divides the sandy, gently sloping beaches of Cala Millor and Sa Coma and is ideal for walks and bike rides.

During two panoramic lifts take you from your apartment to the pool you have a unique view of the beach of Cala Millor. Beach chairs and umbrellas by the pool are free of charge.
Your bright and modern apartment is on the sunny south side.
From the 7th Floor you have a panoramic view of the sea and the peninsula in three directions.
Imagine the morning sun rising from the sea and enjoying it from your bed.
Your comfortable apartment has two separate bedrooms with 2 beds each, modern air conditioning, a new Smart TV, free WiFi, an elegant kitchen with Siemens oven, washing machine, free safe, security door and security lock.
All panorama windows of the glazed balcony can be opened comfortably, so that you can use your balcony for sunbathing, breakfast, etc. in all weather conditions.
Many shops, cafes and restaurants can be easily reached via the beach promenade.
Via the bike path parallel to the beach promenade you can quickly reach the neighboring beach Sa Coma and the romantic fishing port of Cala Bona.
From the boat dock at Cala Millor, Cala Ratjada and Porto Cristo can even be reached by boat.
A public bus stop is only 250 meters from your apartment, as is the popular "Biggies" cafe and a fitness studio.
The inexpensive "Mercadona" supermarket and "LIDL" are only 750 meters away.
At 900 meters you will find one of the most modern wellness spas in Mallorca, 13 tennis courts, a 54-hole mini golf course, driving range, putting greens and a small water park with slides.
A safari zoo is 3 kilometers away, and the famous dragon cave with the largest underground lake in Europe is 7 kilometers away.
There are 3 golf courses within a radius of only 6 kilometers.
There is also a German-language soccer school in Cala Millor.
Tennis star Rafael Nadal runs a tennis academy in his hometown Manacor, just 20 minutes away.

A lovely apartment with beautiful views

We had a great stay in Cala Millor. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful and quickly sorted a problem with our power supply. The apartment is at the quieter end of the resort which we expected and liked very much. This does mean a 10/15 minute stroll to the main shops and restaurants so bear that in mind if your mobility is limited. Our apartment was clean and fully equipped with anything you might need. A great spot for a relaxing stay.

Sehr schönes Appartement

Wir haben unseren Urlaub im Appartement genossen. Tolle Aussicht und schöne Lage,uns hat es in diesem Urlaub an nichts gefehlt. Check in: Wir dind herzlich in Empfang genommen worden. Sehr guter Kontakt zu Frau Thiel. Wir können das Appartement zu 200% weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben wunderbare neun Tage in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Es war absolut sauber, sehr großzügig ausgestattet und es fehlte an nichts. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundschaft. Der Herzliche Empfang und die Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeber. Wir wurden jederzeit mit wertvollen Tipps und Informationen versorgt und können den Aufenthalt absolut weiterempfehlen.

Mallorca Cala Millor

Wir waren über die Pfingstferien 2 Wochen auf Mallorca. Die Wohnung war perfekt in jeder Hinsicht. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Blick direkt aufs Meer und durch die geniale Lage am Rand von Cala Millor ist man nur ein paar Meter vom Naturschutzgebiet entfernt. Restaurants, Shopping Möglichkeiten usw. sind zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Unsere Vermieterin war sehr nett und es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Wonderful stay!

What a wonderful time at this rental! Susan and her husband were exceptional hosts. Such lovely and warm people who received me personally on my arrival even though it was late in the evening. They showed me the accommodations and suggested beaches and scenic sights as well as great dining recommendations in the area. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and I had everything I needed. The view from the apartment was absolutely breathtaking! The beach was right outside the door of the building and I had the ability to run along the beautiful coastline in the morning as a nature preserve was right next to the residence. I worked remotely from the apartment a number of days while there. The wifi speed was fantastic and of course I had the most amazing "office" view ever, coupled with the windows open and the ocean breeze gently coming in. I definitely hope to come back again to stay at Susan's property. Thank you for having me!

Wundervoller Ausblick aus toller Ferienwohnung

Wir haben die Zeit in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend und von morgens bis abends ein Highlight. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und üppig ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Einziger „Mangel“ für uns war die Entfernung zum Zentrum von Cala Millor. Mit unserer lauffaulen zweijährigen war es ohne Buggy etwas weit um jeden Tag dorthin zu gehen. Aber Supermärkte, Bäcker und Restaurant sind fussläufig zu erreichen!

Traumurlaub am Naturschutzgebiet mit Meerblick und Meeresrauschen

Sehr netter und persönlicher Checkin. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber, die Elektrogeräte hochwertig. Neue Matratze, riesen Flachbildfernseher. Sehr ruhige Lage am Rande der Bucht von Cala Millor. Etwas Besonderes!

Wir haben die herrliche Panoramasicht und die Nähe zum Naturschutzgebiet sehr genossen. Tolle Lage! In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man evtl. brauchen könnte. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, nett und zuvorkommend. Wir können dieses Objekt nur empfehlen! Gerne wieder!

Einmalige Lage

Wir waren 4 Wochen in dieser schönen Wohnung und haben vor allem den tollen Ausblick vom 7. Stock auf das Meer und das Naturschutzgebiet genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber gewesen und perfekt mit allem ausgestattet. Vielen Dank an Frau Thiel, die Eigentümerin der Wohnung, die stets ein angenehmer und herzlicher Ansprechpartner war. Urlaub beginnt für uns erst dann, wenn die Unterkunft in Ordnung ist. Und in dieser Wohnung fühlten wir uns vom ersten Moment an, wie zuhause. Noch einmal vielen Dank an Frau Thiel für die schöne Zeit in Cala Millor.

Top Lage mit super Aussicht

Die Wohnung verfügte über alles was man benötigt,das beste war die schöne Lage mit Traumblick auf das Meer,sogar vom Bett aus,ruhig zum Naturschutzgebiet.Freundlicher Empfang direkt von den Eigentümern,Wohnung ist weiter zu empfehlen.Wir kommen wieder!
