It's the best of both worlds, offering you the enjoyment of the lively village atmosphere and retreat to your peaceful haven.
After a day of skiing or exploring, unwind in your private hot tub, featuring a unique brick appearance that adds to the condo's cozy charm. For those who love outdoor cooking, there's a private barbecue perfect for grilling up a delicious meal.
With its excellent location, inviting amenities, and beautiful natural surroundings, this condo is the perfect choice for your next mountain adventure.

This property has 1 shared garage parking space available (clearance of 6'8" or 2.03m).
Bedding, towels, basic kitchenware, soaps (dish, laundry, shampoo, etc), coffee filters and complimentary coffee pouches, and all paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, tissues) are included in rental.
Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
* Property is strictly non-pet friendly and non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence of either will incur penalties.
You'll be conveniently located just a short walk away from the main village but still have a sense of privacy thanks to being surrounded by the forestry behind the home. You can relax after a long day of play in your private hot tub which has a unique brick appearance! There's also a private barbeque for your use as well.
This home features a queen bed in the master bedroom (with an ensuite bathroom), and single sofabed in the living room.
This is a pet friendly property, so if you'd like to bring your fuzzy family member please leave a note while making your booking request. A non-refundable pet fee of $50+tax will apply which covers the entire duration of your stay. This home is limited to a maximum of 1 dog.
