Heater is only available Nov.1st to May 1st. Pool/spa heater is not to be left on all day and night during your stay. Only when in use.
Use rinsing shower located in backyard before entering pool or house when returning from beach. SHAKE OFF SAND FROM TOWELS before putting in washer.

We brought our dogs with us to Bay St Louis and this house was perfect for them and us! The location was great, while also being quiet and private! It was an easy and quick walk to the beach and a few bars/resturants. We did end up driving down to the main area of town as it was a little hot for a 20minute walk. We all enjoyed the pool and the screened in porch. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with dishes and basics for cooking. Extra papertowels, garbage bags, and dishwasher tablets if needed. Plenty of pillows and blankets in the rooms/on the beds. Lots of towels in the bathroom for showering and some pool towels were even provided. There is only shower gel in the bathrooms, so dont forget your own shampoo/conditioner! There were a couple things we couldn't figure out how to work, but didn't feel like we needed to bother the host with during our stay (outdoor speakers, outdoor ceiling fan speed). One thing to note, there are cameras in the main living area and outside.

Southern Paradise

Absolutely love staying here. This was our second time and hope it won't be the last. Communication with owner is excellent. We really enjoyed the hot tub and our daily walks along the water which is just one short block away. Short walk into town. Our grandsons were here for a few days during our stay and enjoyed the pool. Wonderful stay.

Perfect stay

I come here twice a year, and have always found this property perfect for my short vacations! It is immaculately clean and comfortable, includes all the needed vacation amenities, is in a nice and quiet location, near the beach, and has a great pool. And the property owner could not be nicer! Already planning my next trips.

Great place in BSL

This is a great place and we will be back! We had a girls trip (7 of us) to BSL and found this gem on VRBO. It is in a great location, only a couple of blocks from the beach, and very close to the restaurants and fun! We spent the day in the pool and hot tub, even in November! The pool was heated and very easy to manage! Plenty of room for all of us, and we LOVED the large screened in back porch for hours of sitting around laughing and talking! The beds were comfortable and the home had everything we needed for light cooking, because we dined out mostly! Communication with Gina (owner) was amazing! She even came by when we just wanted to make sure we were handling the hot tub/pool correctly! We will definitely be back again!

Perfect Girls Weekend Spot!

We stayed at Gina’s property for a long weekend and couldn’t have had a better time. Our group of friends was so happy here! We spent a lot of time hanging out together on the huge screened in porch or in the hot tub and large pool. The only time we left the backyard was to walk down to the beach or into downtown Bay St Louis - both of which are easily accessible from Gina’s place. The beds were super comfy and we loved cooking in the well appointed kitchen. This same group rents a place annually on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and we were all in agreement this was our best rental house yet. We will be back!!

Great location

This house is within walking distance of both the Gulf and Old Bay St. Louis which is filled with restaurants, live music, and shops. It was so nice not having to worry about parking.

Fantastic home and location

The home was in a convenient and safe location. My family was able to relax and enjoy our stay. We were able to easily walk to the beach or restaurants. Plenty of cookware and dishes. Gina was a perfect host. Thank you!!! We hope to return soon! Also, the pool was the cherry on top :)

Perfectly perfect!

Well this vacation could not have been more perfect (except it rained the first four days..lol). Our family of eight fit perfectly in this home. The pool and hot tub were used every day and the distance to the beach was literally seconds away. We walked a few times but drove to the pier area because of all the junk. Restaurants were great and there was a park straight down the street that the kids loved. Thanks so much for a fantastic relaxing time.

We are BSL believers now!

We came for spring break for a week with three kids and the two of us adults, not quite knowing what to expect. This home was a huge part of what made this one of our favorite family trips of all time. The house has a great vacation vibe, with a very beachy exterior and high ceilings and modern touches inside. Very clean. The porch was the highlight - avoiding bugs and playing ping pong. The heated pool and hot tub were game changers and we spent hours relaxing and playing. The location was fantastic for both beach, piers, and riding bikes downtown. Finally, Gina was a fantastic and helpful host.

Peaceful Stay in the Bay

Our stay in Bay St. Louis was great! The location of the house to the beach/shops/restaurants is amazing!! Pool and Hot tub were fantastic, especially with being heated. House was clean and comfortable inside. Lovely screened in porch for relaxing evenings! Hope to come back soon!

Wonderful vacation, great pool and hot tub, and gracious host

We were very well taken care of by Gina, the property owner. The home is lovely, beautifully decorated inside and with a great modern kitchen. The washer and dryer are located right next to the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. So convenient. We loved the heated swimming pool and spa, and wanted to stay in there for hours. The location is great, just a block away from the beach and in easy walking distance to good restaurants and shops. We can't wait to return.

Very nice stay over Mardi Gras

The house is lovely and in a nice neighborhood. Very pleasant 5 minute walk to the beach (sand, not sea wall!). Huge back yard with a pool and spa. Loved how they provided pool towels. A couple of kudos for things that are often lacking in rentals: the towels were CLEAN and smelled professionally laundered. Also CLEAN pillows!! Also loved the extra touches like bottled waters, snacks, and soaps and such. It’s also a great spot for runners because of the easy beach drive access. My kids loved this place. We were very comfortable.

Not a good stay

Pros: Cute and Charming House Spacious Rooms Great Location Cons: Interior Camera in living room!!! Uncomfortable Living Room Set Up Not as Clean as it Should Be YARD WAS NOT SAFE/SUITABLE FOR DOGS even though it was communicated that it was. Fence was not intact in places. Fence was on the ground in one place. (we only booked this property because of the yard for our dogs) Jagged Metal throughout yard. TICK infested yard. (One of my dogs had to go to the ER because of so many ticks on him) Check in was Difficult. Proper Entry Instructions were not Provided. Overall, this house could be kept cleaner, but it is quite charming, and you can feel the love throughout. It was adorable with well thought out amenities. Check in was a nightmare. We could not get into the house during a major storm. Streets flooded that night and a tornado hit Florida. We were stranded for over 30 minuets in pouring cold rain, however, the owner did come and let us in. The biggest issue is that the owner told us that the yard was safe for our dogs. It simply wasn't. It was dangerous and completely unsuitable. We spent about an hour attempting to secure it by stacking yard furniture, rebuilding a fence panel that was on the GROUND, using the trash and debris in the yard to block holes all along the fence line. What upset us was the assurance the fence was safe with supervision. It just wasn't. One entire fence side still had twisted metal fence Hurricane Katrina damage!!!!
