The brand-new outdoor summer kitchen at Crystal Waves is a standout feature and one of the most desirable amenities in this Destin vacation rental. Built with both style and functionality in mind, this impressive space features a built-in gas grill, a commercial-grade ice maker, fridge with freezer and ample counter space—perfect for preparing everything from poolside lunches to sunset dinners. Whether you’re hosting a family cookout or casually grilling the day’s fresh catch, this outdoor kitchen makes entertaining effortless.



Outdoor-loving guests will appreciate the expansive private backyard, beautifully framed by lush coastal landscaping and centered around a sparkling private pool. Multiple chaise lounges invite you to soak up the Florida sunshine, while the covered pergola offers shaded seating and a relaxed gathering spot. The outdoor wet bar, complete with barstool seating, is ideal for mixing cocktails, serving frozen drinks, or keeping refreshments close at hand. "Crystal Waves" includes sleeping accommodations for up to 18 guests. This home features 5 bright and spacious bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms and is the ideal size for medium sized family fun. The first floor features a lovely Master King Suite with plenty of vanity space, private marble tub and huge walk-in shower. The main living area also has a queen sleeper sofa for 2 to soak in the breezes from the pool and the sounds of the palm trees will lull you into peaceful sweet dreams. On the second floor, guests will find another 3 King Suites, all with private bathrooms and a bunk room perfect for the kids with 2 Twin/Full bunks. In the second floor seating area, the sleeper sofa is queen sized for 2 additional guests.



We're 100% sure this is the ideal spot for summer getaways to relax and unwind! Sip your wine or fuel up with coffee before the day on the gorgeous rooftop balcony, where only the best salty breezes are found!



"Crystal Waves" is a short and safe stroll to the world-famous white sand beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This home also features a 6-passenger gas powered golf cart for guest use, pack up your beach gear and drive on over to the access!



You will fall in love with the Crystal Beach neighborhood of Destin, known for its white picket fences and upscale cottage-style homes. The area is convenient to an outdoor shopping mall, a movie theater, countless restaurants, and shops, water park, go carts, and several world class golf courses, but still maintains a quiet and family-friendly beach atmosphere. No high-rise condos are allowed in this unique area.



WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THE AMENITIES:



Beach Towels: Starting March 15th, the rental of this home with include 12 large, high quality beach towels to use during your stay with Beach Reunion.



Beach Service: This home will feature 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up on the beach daily from 9-5, March 1st through October 31st! Please see the attendant with Sand, Surf & Sun located to the LEFT of the Barracuda Street beach entrance for your setups! (They're green in color)



Bikes: This home comes with 6 brand new cruiser bikes from "Ride It!"



Electric Street-Legal Golf Cart Rentals: Beach Reunion offers 6 seat lithium battery Golf Carts for $100 a day. We offer a 10% discount to our guests. We have 2024 models and charging stations at the houses. Book your golf cart at BRLSV.com



Pool Heat: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.



VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!



Margarita Machines: Beach Reunion proudly partners with Firefighter Margaritas to offer commercial frozen margarita machines for rent (additional fee). Enjoy restaurant-quality frozen drinks or virgin slushies poolside or at the beach—perfect for family vacations, weddings, retreats, and group gatherings.



Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

*Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.

* This property can park 5-6 vehicles pending size, if you have vehicles that cannot fit properly in the driveway of the home, please contact the office.**



* This home rents only Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months.



* All renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families. Collage/student groups are NOT allowed.



* Pets Are Permitted: $250/Pet, Under 25 Lbs., with a 2 pet Maximum *Please note that pets are not permitted on any of the beaches within the area. Medical services dogs only*



* Beach Access: The beach access for this property is located at either Barracuda or Pompano Street access, a super short walk or ride on the golf cart just to the east or west of Cobia Street.



* Weddings/Events: Not Permitted at this Property

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the home! About 3 to 5 days prior to guests arrival date an email for check-in will be sent to the email address on file. The email will contain everything about the home and information needed during your stay. All homes are keyless entry with a code made specific for each guest. All homes are self check-in.



The Neighborhood:

The property is situated in a perfect location in Destin. On the quiet and un-crowded western end of Scenic Gulf Drive, only about 300 yards to a beautiful beach access . Crystal Waves is located close to Destin’s premier shopping and dining district of the "Destin Commons", and the adjacent shopping developments in "Paradise Key"; which is an easy bike ride, or just a short drive away... yet far enough away not to impede upon your beach atmosphere at home.



The Crystal Beach neighborhood is Destin’s best beach area and The Beach House is located in the nicest and most convenient part of Crystal Beach! Park your car until you`re ready to drive it home if you can bring yourself to leave!



Getting Around:

You can drive, walk, get a bicycle rental or golf cart rental. With the area to the home being central, you are just moments away from all the best that Destin has to offer!

During the summer months, please note that if the main doors and windows are not shut while running the AC, the unit will freeze. Please ensure you keep doors and windows closed to prevent loss of AC flow.



Free concierge services- our concierge can help you plan the vacation of a lifetime!



Starter set of supplies. We will get you started and you take it from there! Includes 1-2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash bag per trash can, travel size dish soap, and dish washing liquid. These items are meant to get guests settled in. Once items have been used, its guests responsibility to replenish items.



This home has a private gas grill. Propane is included.
