Cozy 11th Floor Condo Overlooking The Gulf with Seasonal Beach Service Included



The Space:

*** IMPORTANT NOTICE: The property is currently undergoing a balcony restoration project (September 2025 – May 2026). Dates are subject to change depending on weather and construction progress. The balcony for this unit is open but features a temporary railing. You may also experience construction noise in other areas of the property during this time, and access to the heated pool may occasionally vary due to ongoing work. Please note that no refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided due to construction-related noise or temporary amenity limitations.

The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The heated pool hours may vary by day and may be closed at times, but it is generally open from dusk until 11:00 PM.

Beautiful and unforgettable Gulf and beach views are what you will find in this cozy and family-friendly condo. There is plenty of space for a family or friends to make the best beach memories. This charming condo has a fully equipped kitchen that will make preparing meals and beach snacks easy. Gather in the living room area and plan tomorrow's adventures or rest after swimming your day away in one of the two shared swimming pools. Sip a morning cup of coffee on the private balcony or spend time with family watching the sunset.



When checking in, please register at the front desk to receive your parking pass and wristbands. The registration fee is $27.00 per vehicle (subject to change without prior notice).

Could use some higher toilets, hurt my knees to bend down that far. The bed was pretty comfortable had just about all the utensils I needed except for a beater./ mixer and a cheese grater. Everything was close by. love view it was beautiful. I was thankful I was able to use the patio. Had a lot of pounding upstairs. Could use another chair in there like a recliner or something to relax and. Thank you for the stay.

We had a great time. The condo was clean. The pictures were exactly as the condo was. Everything was great and the host was friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning!

Just like the pictures!

Overall this place was great! Everything looked just like the pictures. Great location for both families or a friend vacations! We had three people in total and it was perfect for that. We loved our balcony view of the ocean!

Awesome Time

We had a great time at this unit. Great views, loved the location to the beach, Bikini Bob's, Tiki Bar, Pineapple Willie's only 20 minutes walk down beach, Longboards and Hammerhead Fred's right across the street! Great unit, lots of space, comfy bed. We will defiantly be back and hope to get same unit.

Everything was great!

Gave a 5 star review but building is dated. Stayed here over 30 years ago as a teenager so expected that. Room was perfect for us. Very clean only issue was the elevators. Now that was a process, did the stairs a few times but that helped me burn some calories from the ice cream. Would stay here again.

Spring break trip with Grandson

Pros; The Summit is maintained neatly at pool and beach areas. Security present everywhere is a plus! It has plenty of kitchen items that are new and nice. Pretty chairs and small table for enjoying views of the Gulf of America on lanai. Turtle Terrace is decorated cute. King bed slept great. Water pressure is fantastic, blows the dirt right off you! lolCons; Unfortunately, I did not get a solid night sleep due to waking up sweating. The A/C controller jumps to 74, it would only stay at 70 for a short time then jump back up. Plus the humidity was high in condo due to weather. Washing machine only worked on hot wash and hot rinse. Toilets are extra short so if you have elderly with you, be aware. Limited seating in Living room, just a sofa. Safety issue for bunk bed ladder it doesn’t attach to bunk properly.
