Private house with private entrance with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, dining room, huge living room and a backward. The place is between hwy 20 and Atlanta hwy nearby shops and restaurants. Infinity energy center is 25 minutes and the Atlanta airport/downtown about 45 minutes away. The amenities include free WiFi, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, toaster, coffee maker, pot, pan, dishes, silverware, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

Double booked

We got a confirmation for our reservation 3-4 months ago. Messaged the owner day of for details to enter the property, got no response. Called him twice, and when he finally answered, he told us there has been people living there for 2 months, and he never got our reservation. Luckily we found another place to stay and got refunded, but that was a ridiculous situation that could’ve easily been avoided. .

Nice house

There's a huge backyard but it has many colonies of biting ants. The house is spacious and laid out nicely. The bathrooms are nice. The kitchen is huge. It's on a busy 4-lane highway. It was, however, close to everywhere we needed to be. The only problem I had was I left my makeup bag in a drawer. I offered to have it picked up. The host said he looked for it and didn't find it, but I know it was there. It's not worth anything to anyone else but it's costing me over $200 to replace everything in it.

Extended Stay

Loved being on one level. Small doorways made it impossible for my husband's wheelchair to get through the bedroom doors. However, we set up his hospital bed in the far corner of the huge, spacious living room and it worked out fine. Had to make adjustments for privacy, but that's the life with the handicapped. This house fit our temporary needs beautifully. Loved the location and the privacy. I had to walk our 2 dogs several times a day because the backyard wasn't fenced in, but the exercise did me good. I would definitely recommend others to stay here. Some touch-up work is needed, and a few updates. One TV in the whole house took some getting used to, but we managed with our cell phones, etc.

Disappointed renovation

The property manager was more than gracious to let us come in at the last minute since our first rental disaster. This property was sparsely decorated well. Actually, there was not even a picture on the wall. The decor look like it was purchased at garage sales. The kitchen was not well appointed, and it really needed a deep deep deep cleaning. The living room had four chairs and a couch up against the wall. It just gave you a feeling like you didn’t want to stay there like it wasn’t a home away from home. We stayed one night out of four and then left. Really needs a deep cleaning and some repair .

This was our third time staying in the home. I cannot say enough good things. Very nice home and good location. Host responds immediately to any need and is always very pleasant.
