Come enjoy this new construction home close to everything Up North. Downtown in the quaint town of Central Lake, home of Mammoth Distillery. Only 5 miles from the beautiful Torch Lake. Beautiful house with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. Outdoor patio, fire pit and fenced in yard. Fishing on Intermediate Lake is a favorite. Bring your boat, plenty of room for it in side yard! 10 Minutes from Bellaire which host Shorts Brewery. Less than 30 minutes from Charlevoix, Petoskey and so much more! Pets are accepted with a fee.

Host was great at communication, home was in great location to our excursion & dinner. Due to the time of year not a lot of places were open, but that was expected. Thankful our fur babies got to join us on our trip!

This property was a nice home to stay in. Lots of thoughtful details and great communication with host. A few small things - like the barn doors in front of the laundry machines - made us scratch our heads for a few minutes. Overall, though - this was a very nice place with lots of value and amenities right in the heart of Central Lake - close to the village grocery, distillary, farm stands, Torch Lake, Bellaire, and more.

Boater’s retreat

Place had everything we needed to relax after a long day on the lake. Very peaceful neighborhood with in walking distance to the town for food, supplies, etc. The side yard worked perfectly for our boat, us, and our dog. Owner was a great host.

Great place for some family time

This is the 2nd time we've stayed in this home. It is close to some other family in the area & we can have time with them as well as time together here at home. Great place!

Great little place

Came to the area to enjoy northern Michigan. The house is in a great location to do so. Very close to Bellaire so if you enjoy Short’s Brewing you will love it:) We could be at several area lakes quickly and we really enjoyed that. Also great eating in the area as well. Our dog came with us and having the large fenced backyard was a bonus! Woulda stay here again!

Quiet Location

My husband and I visited with my son and his family. The house was very clean and equipped with everything we needed (except extra toilet paper). The beach toys and towels were much appreciated.

I had a seemless and beautiful time at this rental! It was super-clean, updated and modern, and had all of the amenities I was looking for. The check-in and check-out process was nice and easy. I really enjoyed the stay!

Quiet and Clean

We loved staying at this house. It is very clean and well stocked. There are plenty of pots/pans/silverware/plates/cups/bowls etc. There are spices but if you need cooking oil and also baggies/foil, bring your own. The rooms are spacious and there are enough closets/drawers to put your stuff. Lots of blankets and pillows. One bed is quite hard but it fixed the crook in my back! Internet is strong. There is a TV in one bedroom and in the livingroom which allowed us to spread out for chill time. Nice selection of books/games and playing cards. The deck is small but yard spacious. We love the privacy fence. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors friendly. The location is perfect for getting to lakes. We spent our time on Lake Michigan beaches. For supplies, check out Merrie’s Market a couple blocks from the house. Everything you need and super friendly. Will definitely stay at this house again! Thank you.

No snow... but still fun.

We loved the home, its modern with all the amenities we could have needed for our stay. Large kitchen table for all of us to share dinner, drinks, and games. Exactly, what we needed for a weekend ski trip to Shanty. Would stay again if visiting the area, quick drive to Shanty Creek and downtown Bellaire.
