1-2(max)…smaller dogs (under 20 pounds ea) are ok. We do need to pre-approve, and to know about your dogs….1 or 2, breed, size, sex, fixed, current shots, etc. Small pet fee, and security deposit.

And please, absolutely no smoking or vaping inside (including garage). Outside only.
PLEASE NOTE: for stays longer than 2-weeks, we have an additional $115 cleaning fee schedule.
This is to ensure everything is kept tidy, fresh (including towel/linen change, re-stock supplies, etc.) and clean during your stay, and to keep our cleanup project, upon check out, manageable:
For stays of
3-weeks+, $115 each period, (the shorter of your halfway point, or every 2-weeks)

In addition to our Grapevine Bungalow, we have 9 additional properties in the stockyards section of Fort Worth.
We are always available and within reach, and in fact, I live 20 minutes nearby. So we are very responsive to our guests needs!

We are uniquely and conveniently located very close to DFW airport, and a half mile stroll down to the historic N. Main St., District of Grapevine, we’re all elite, cool wineries, restaurants and entertainment venues are. We are also a three minute drive from Gaylord Texan, and great Wolf Lodge and hotel complexes. As well as the waterpark.
So everything is a quick shot from our location !
