This beautiful and inviting tropical-themed home is perfect for your next family vacation in Crystal Beach!

The outdoor shower and fish cleaning station offer easy cleanup for both you and your daily catch. You are bound to make amazing memories while you enjoy the outdoors with your favorite BBQ around the picnic tables underneath the home. The open, island kitchen with stainless steel appliances and counter seating is ready to help you whip up everyone's favorite recipes, while the cozy living quarters will make you all feel right at home. Enjoy the coastal breezes on summer nights as you relax out on the furnished deck and take in the peek-a-boo views of the Gulf of Mexico.

This vacation rental is less than three blocks from the beach, so you'll be able to start and end your days on the sandy shores.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Location was good

The location of the house was great. Close to the entrance to the beach. The deck and bottom area were nice and roomy and the view of the ocean was nice. The inside needs some work. When you first walk in, it smells super musty and moldy. The air vent right when you walk in on the ceiling looks to be covered in mold. I’m not sure where the smell was coming from but could be the big rug in the living room as well. There were some small dead bugs on the floors and a few live ones but not a lot. The microwave screen never worked but we were still able to use it by just pressing the plus 30 seconds button so it was okay. The sheets did have some stains on them (a big blue stain and a brown one) I know it’s a dog friendly home so maybe that contributes to the un-cleaned parts and the smell but for the price that everyone gets charged for a cleaning fee, it should def be better and smell better. We won’t be staying there again.

Falltime Family Weekend on Crystal Beach

We were happy with Family Ties and look forward to booking again. Even though it is 3rd row from the beach, there is a good view of the water from the porch and it’s an easy walk. I have no complaints other than when booking we were counting on having access to the cargo lift elevator (shown in the listing). When we arrived we found out that wasn’t the case, so I would highly recommend you state in the listing that this is not accessible, which would be good for those with limited mobility or have difficulty carrying things upstairs.

Great House!

Fantastic location, great views, nice fenced in area for dogs, had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Tv in living room never worked Ac was broken in 2 bedrooms & we were there 2 full days before they sent someone to fix it. Toilet in main bathroom ran entire time & made noise. There were dead bugs in house when we arrived. Other than all those problems the house was in good location & well stocked

The house and location was great , it was dirty, I had to wash the sheets and blankets before going to bed, the carpet had really bad stains and smelled, also we had a difficult time trying to unlock the door and getting the key

Beach House Vacay

The House is Lovely. I picked it because of it’s location and its beachy theme. I wanted bright colors and that warm inviting feeling. Definitely met my expectations. Plenty of room for everyone to be together but also have privacy. The view is Amazing! Literally a couple blocks from the ocean.

Beach vibes

Overall I was somewhat pleased, but it could have been cleaner for instance dead cockroaches in the bathroom not picked up mice feces in the kitchen cabinets as well as soiled furniture. The amenities were amazing just not clean enough.

Summer getaway 2023

Excellent vibes I did have difficulty getting into the house Explanation of how to work the lockboxes would be great I’d would of like to have seen more detail of what is in the house that way I wouldn’t of had to have brought so much extra crap for the kitchen specifically. All bedrooms very comfortable sleep Super quick access to the beach… You can drive your car on the beach, which is amazing, didn’t know the house had a dog run, which was super helpful… Could see a little bit more detail on the description of what’s really at the house because it was more than described. Which is a great surprise!
