This renovated unit is perfectly for work & situated 5 minutes from downtown, the Georgia Aquarium, The World of Coca-Cola, and Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Enjoy the convenience of being within walking distance of local restaurants, the Atlanta Beltline, and the new Rodney Cook Sr. Park. While the transitional neighborhood does look rough with ongoing construction, this BnB offers a fantastic location, high-speed INTERNET, and FREE parking. Experience the best of Atlanta with comfort and convenience!
Neighborhood Note:
Our home is located in English Avenue, a historic Atlanta neighborhood currently undergoing revitalization. While extremely convenient to downtown and major attractions, parts of the area may appear less developed than fully gentrified neighborhoods. The neighborhood does have a higher crime rate compared to the city’s average. I have not had any incidents since owning the property. Guests should expect a diverse, authentic urban setting that may not fit everyone’s preferences.
