Home Features: Smart TV, wifi, laptop-friendly workspace, bluetooth speakers, board games & coloring books, central heating and air condition, rinnai water heater, security system, Nest Thermostat, Yale locks, exterior lights. Each room contains a white noise machine located in the nightstands (bedrooms downstairs) and in the top drawer of the dressor (bedroom upstairs). *Living room loveseat and couch (pull-out bed) has just been UPGRADED!

Outdoor Hangout: Deck, fenced in back and front yard, yard games, double rocker adirondeck glider, adirondeck glider with ottoman, adirondeck chair, 4 additional plastic adirondeck seats, picnic style table, and PUTTING GREEN.

Parking: Gated driveway fits 2 compact cars, designated street parking available for 3-4 cars. Please keep your car doors locked.

General: Washer/Dryer available, towels/linens, beach towels, four beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, 1 hair dryer, two portable coolers, complimentary water and toiletries. Infant/toddler necessities (pack and play, stroller, high chair, toddler toys, rocker, etc) available upon request.
