Tucked into a residential neighborhood featuring a community lake, the home offers plenty of privacy while still being an easy drive from all the area’s attractions.


Start the day with a dip in your backyard pool, then grab some coffee and dry off in the sun, or relax in the shade on the covered patio. The fully enclosed yard is perfect for kids and the family dog, who are welcome at this dog-friendly home. Inside, you’ll find modern, updated decor and an open layout. The full kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, and there’s plenty of room for everyone at the breakfast bar or dining room table.

After a day of exploring, relax at home in the central air-conditioning with a little TV, a friendly game of foosball, or a board game. Step out to a local restaurant or keep it simple with a family barbecue on the gas grill. Rest easy at the end of the night in any of the four well-appointed bedrooms - another day of desert adventure awaits tomorrow.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: 3 cameras: Front door, garage, and pool (covered during guest stays)
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. A fee of USD 99 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
