Cozy holiday studio, close to the beach

Nice, cozy holiday studio for 2 people, with a balcony, in a quiet, villa district of Kołobrzeg, close to the beach (approx. 500 m). The western part of the resort, and this location ensures relative peace and quiet, even in the height of the summer season. Even in summer you can feel at ease here, there is no such crowd as closer to the city center. You can quickly and efficiently get to the heart of the resort by bike, city bus or even on foot (approx. 20-minute walk).

A comfortable 2-person studio on the first floor of a small guesthouse. This is a room that serves as a bedroom (double sofa bed) and a living room (table, TV). The room is connected to a well-equipped kitchen. There is a bathroom with a shower. The facility has a shared washing machine (no extra charge). Central heating. Wireless internet is available.
Across the street, the owner of the facility has a second guesthouse, where a public relaxation area has been prepared in the garden, with a gazebo, barbecue set and deckchairs. On the ground floor of the building there is a bar where you can order breakfasts and lunches.

The price of your stay includes: bed linen, towels, electricity and water consumption, heating, internet, parking. High chair (reservation required).

The excellent location allows quick access to the beach. The longest bicycle path in Poland along the Baltic coast runs just 300 m from the center. For those who want to gain much more attractions, you can go to the center of Kołobrzeg. In the city, it is worth visiting the port, pier, seaside promenade, and all this is enriched with many different events.
The neighboring town of Dźwirzyno is also a tourist town. The location is worth visiting because of Lake Resko, where you can spend your time actively renting various types of swimming equipment.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. Only dogs up to 10 kg allowed. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
