Enjoy a peaceful 3 bd/2 ba escape in Palm Springs!
This fabulous completely remodeled condo is available for minimum 30 day rentals for vacation, work, or just to escape the cold! Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores. This condo features bedrooms with a king bed, a queen bed, and a full size sleeper sofa. Mattresses are comfortable and spacious. Walk out the back door and pick grapefruit or Meyer lemons, when in season. Walk down the short path to the pool, spa and BBQ area. Enjoy the quiet splendor of this beauty!
Other things to note:
Minimum rental age for all guests is 25 or accompanied by parent or legal guardian. No parties! We have a strict no smoking policy. The city of Palm Springs has a strict noise policy.
*Please note for the months of May-August, there will be an additional $200 charge to help cover additional energy bills due to use of air conditioning.

Ted and I love to travel and have been all over the US and the world, finding great places to stay using VRBO. I take note of the amenities that I like: a great shower, coffee machine, shampoo and conditioner, a well equipped kitchen (including a wine opener of course!), comfortable bedding and the list goes on. We have tried hard to incorporate these items in our Palm Springs condo so that your stay is a great one! Of course, I am always open to suggestions and having owned a furniture consignment store, I know how important communication is. We hope you give our condo a second look, I know you would be very happy if you stayed in it!

We have been going to Palm Springs for years and finally decided to buy a condo. We picked this condo due to it's fabulous location, away from the wind that often buffets the North end of town, close to grocery stores and restaurants, not far from hiking trails and pleasantly quiet.
この宿泊施設の特徴
Very quiet location, away from the wind. Nice pool, hot tub and bbq area. Wonderful grapefruit tree and Meyer lemon tree just outside the back sliding door. We even have a juicer so you can freshly squeeze the grapefruit and lemons! Enjoy!
