This home has four large bedrooms - three of which are upstairs, one is downstairs. The one downstairs bedroom is filled with a comfy queen bed & desk, creating an isolated workspace from the rest of the home. This bedroom has access to a full bathroom right across the hallway.

You will find the master bedroom immediately upon walking upstairs. This room boasts fun wallpaper, ample space, a king sized bed, a dedicated workspace, a seating area, and an attached ensuite bathroom with double sinks. Right across the hall is another bedroom with a king bed. At the end of the hall, you are welcomed into the final bedroom, which is equipped with two full beds & an adjoining seating area under a very cool skylight!

There are two full bathrooms in this home; one on each floor. The bathroom downstairs is accessible from the hallway & has a shower/tub combo. Upstairs, the master bathroom has dual sinks and a standalone shower. Both bathrooms have been recently remodeled and feature a modern design.

The kitchen is a piece of this home that has kept its original charm, while also incorporating modern touches. Of course, it is fully equipped with all of the kitchen essentials that you will need to host large family & friends dinners.

If you choose to use this room as a hangout space, feel free to host a poker night at the poker table or play foosball in the corner of the room. If you have some work to do, there is tons of room to convert the poker table into a dedicated workspace, in which you can take advantage of the high-speed wifi and isolate yourself here to get the important business done. Either way, this room has been designed to really emphasize the Memphis vibe of this home!
