Lots of parking for cars trucks and trailers behind the house. We have a large lot for you to park in. Also, there are parking spots alongside the garage. The place also includes the garage 24 x 24 garage, 2 gas grills The yard, and the house is fence in. The large home is close to Marquette. Located on the East side of the city of Ishpeming. Sleeps 18 people, has a total of 9 bedrooms, there are two bedrooms on the first floor. They both have queen size beds. There are two bedrooms on the third floor. They also have queen size beds. All the rest of the bedrooms are on the second floor they have queen size beds and king size beds, lots of private parking. Less than 1000 feet from the Heritage Trail, snowmobiling, ATV and biking. You can snowmobile, ATV, bike or walk right from the house.

This is the second year we have stayed in this house. Everything was great, from communication with the host to amenities in the house. Plenty of space for our large group and close to the snowmobile trails. We had an issue with my brother's diesel truck starting because of the cold temperatures and they were quick to come help in any way they could. Top notch, great people. I highly recommend! Thanks again for having us.

Location, location, location. Even in the middle of a huge blizzard we had a fabulous time. The home is beautiful well-maintained first class in every way. Plenty of space. Tons of things to do skiing, snowmobiling, dog sled racing, and hiking to the ice caves. Would 100% stay here again excellent host. Even with 40 inches of snow we were able to get out and do everything we wanted as the host had the place plowed multiple times a day. First class in every way thank you Nikki!!!!!

Our stay was wonderful. Communication was smooth and easy right from the booking and the home was even better than described. It was clean and organized and had everything we needed. They seemed to anticipate every need ahead of time. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the bathrooms were convenient and well stocked and the kitchen had everything we needed including two gas grills that worked well for us. Our large family was very comfortable in this beautiful home. We would highly recommend this property for anyone.

Plenty of room for all the family. Great areas to spread out. Front porch and deck in the back were used all week. Loved the little gas fire pit on the back deck. We had unusually warm weather for October so fully enjoyed all the outdoor space. Beds were all comfortable and rooms were clean. Appreciated two refrigerators. We were all there to attend a wedding and were came from all over. Plenty of parking.

This was a wonderful family vacation home in Ishpeming. Incredibly clean and attention to so many details that made it comfortable for all the ages in our family. Close to bike trail.

Great Place!!!

This property is fantastic! So many bedrooms, kitchen is fully equipped. Appliances are very new and modern. Patio area is great with plenty of seating and grills. Plenty of towels, pillows, etc. Had a great time!

Amazing House

We were in town for my Father In Laws Funeral and our children/grandchildren came. 12 of us stayed and had an amazing time in this beautiful home. We couldn’t believe how CLEAN it was and had everything you would need. Bathrooms were even stocked with shampoo! I messaged a few questions to the owner & heard back within minutes. Great family accomodations.

Beautiful spacious house, very clean and welcoming. Close to trails for ORV riding. Many areas indoor and out for congregating or taking a break from the group. This one will be hard to beat!

Family Reunion

We had 12 people! We were all very happy to have a bed! Plenty of room to spread out. Very comfortable. Check-in was fine. Kitchen had everything we needed. We tried to use the ice maker but it appeared to leak so we just made ice cubes. Light over stove did not work. Plenty of towels was appreciated. I hope we left it in good shape. We tried really hard! Thanks

Ishpeming Idealic

What care has been taken with this grand lady in Ishpeming! We loved it! Quiet neighborhood (in fact, I hope that we did not disturb the neighbors!) , felt safe and secure. We enjoyed the front porch, the back deck and all three floors of living space! We would recommend and will return to this rental next time we are in the area!

UP Family Vacation

My husband grew up in the area, so it has always been a favorite of ours and our children. Our stay was fabulous. Gorgeous home with so much space for the 9 of us. Our grandchildren got to really explore the area. Easy walk to downtown for pizza, ice cream, coffee and antiquing. Also close to all of the local attractions. Marquette is a real treasure also with Presque Isle and Lake Superior beaches. A lovely time and would definitely return.

Ishpeming giant

Giant home with 9 full sized bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and 2 family/ living rooms. Close to all Marquette has to offer. Able to cook meals in kitchen or take advantage of local restaurants. Worked well for our three generations of family getting together.

Perfect Place for Family Wedding Weekend

Perfect place for our 2-families to stay for my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding at Little Presque Isle. Between both families including bride/groom, parents, siblings, grandparents, best man & maid of honor, we used each of the 9-bedrooms in this very well-equipped house. The kitchen was large with modern appliances with ample seating space. The living room, upstairs rec room, and covered porch provided great hangout areas. I highly recommend this house for large group stays in the Marquette area.

Top Notch Rental 5 ⭐️

This rental exceeded our expectations! Cleanest rental I’ve been at. There was plenty of room so everyone had their own space and having two living rooms was perfect! The kitchen was stocked with items so we could cook for a big group. Large pots, pans, 2 coffee makers, and even a kitchen aid mixer. Plenty of parking in the adjacent property. Finally a VRBO owner that knows how to make their tenants comfortable! 5+⭐️

Family Gathering for Funeral

We came to Michigan from all over the country to fulfill my mom‘s wishes of having her ashes scattered in Lake Superior. It was a difficult time, but also joyous for us all to be together. The house was a perfect place for us to be together as a family. The owner was accommodating to every request, and very responsive. The beds were all very comfortable, check in and check out was super easy. Everyone in our family was so grateful to have such a beautiful space to come together. Thank you so much.

Amazing house, very clean and so many spaces to laugh and have fun with family

Large House with many bedrooms. The front patio, backyard deck, living room, kitchen, and 3rd floor living room were all enjoyed immensely by myself and family. We played our nightly card games upstairs. Dinner could be enjoyed outside and in the kitchen. Corn hole was also fun to play in the backyard. I loved to sit in the privacy of the front deck and read a book. The ground floor living room was a great anchor point for the family in general to talk or play other games.

Great house in a great location

The house was perfect for our group of snowmobilers. There were enough room for everyone to have their space, a huge mud room to take off gear, ample parking for our 4 trailers and 5 trucks. It was so close to the trail and central to trips in all directions. The house was well stocked and very clean. The house itself is very beautiful and you can see that the work done in it was authentic to the original style. The bedrooms are very big and beds are all very comfortable. There is not much anyone could find to complain about we loved it. The host was very responsive to questions. I would definitively recommend as a great place to stay.

Outstanding House and Location

A group of us had 4 days of dirt bike trail riding in the UP and used this VRBO as our base. It is a charming house with great amenities. We all marveled at the beautiful front porch and great deck and covered porch in the back. We spent our evenings outside star-gazing and enjoying the quiet night time. We walked to great restaurants and shops in downtown Ishpeming. We had no complaints about anything; in fact, all our expectations were exceeded! If we get the chance to do this again next year, our first choice would here. Many thanks to our host for great communication and information.

Lots of space in this beautiful updated house.

July 2023 visit to the UP with friends and family. This house was super clean, the bedrooms are roomy and there was lots of space to spread out. Third floor rec room and large kitchen made it easy to spend time with our large group. The central air was excellent keeping the upper floors as cool as the main floor. The large mud room for all our shoes and coolers helped keep the rest of the house tidy. Extra refrigerators also were a plus in a house this size. The location has many attractions within a 45 minute drive. I would love to rent again should I return to the area with a large group.

We live and work in Marquette County, in 2019 our parent's friends were considering selling their lodge on whitefish river in Alger County that they ran as a business for many years, so we thought this would be great idea to buy it and not even familiar with VRBO at the time we wanted to rent the whole place out as one to large families and their friends so they could all be under one roof comfortably. So now here we are now a few years later being able to offer five great unique and beautiful places with your help and what I mean by your help is by considering and renting these properties for your getaway. We are able to preserve these properties, keep the forest from getting cut down and keep the parcels from getting split up. This allows these properties to keep going so families and groups like yours can enjoy them for years to come. From our family to yours, Thank you!

Close to restaurants, ice cream shop, etc. Sleeps 18 people with 9 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. This home has 2 living rooms, covered porch in the front of the house and nice covered porch in back of home with a grill. Both porches offer outdoor seating. Fenced in yard. Lots of private parking. We have a large lot for parking behind the home. All guests must park in this area. There is plenty of room for cars, trucks and trailers, etc. Less than 1000 feet from the Heritage Trail, snowmobiling, ATV and biking. This home is 14 miles from Marquette. The area offers snowmobiling, biking, beaches, hiking, golf courses and other recreation.
