Beautiful single-family house "Villa Asi", 2 storeys. 300 m from the centre of Vrsar, in a sunny position, from the sea, 300 m from the beach. Private: property 500 m2 (fenced), garden with wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (6 x 3 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Public parking 15 m. Shop 300 m, supermarket 900 m, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 1.2 km, pebble beach, rocky beach, public bathing area 300 m.
