Come relax at The Blue Oasis. A brand new luxury 5 bed /4 bath waterfront home with private pool and fishing dock on a canal. A perfect place for a family get away with open floor plan and lots of space. Relax by the pool and play cornhole or just get some coastal sun. Enjoy grilling and watching your favor game poolside! Fish from the dock and at night take advantage of the green light in the water. Sit by the fireplace and watch the game upstairs outside or just enjoy the views/breeze.

We are reachable via phone at any time

Located in the quite Bahia Bay neighborhood on the canal.

The home was fantastic. It was very comfortable, had all the amenities, and the hose was excellent. We would highly recommend. We didn’t catch any decent size fish mostly because we didn’t know what we were doing, but perhaps being on the end of the canal didn’t help. That, however, was the only drawback. Everything else was excellent, and totally overshadowed any disappointment we had with our lack of fishing success.

Weekend getaway

The owners were really nice and responsive and the property was absolutely beautiful. We experienced a couple little hiccups but Tammy worked to get issues resolved or offered replacements/alternatives immediately. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying at this property. The whole family enjoyed it.

Multigenerational family trip!

We do a Coast trip every summer with kids ages 4-17 and young adults through 60. As a group of 11 this year we chose the house because of location on the water, private pool and big kitchen. We do a lot of cooking and baking on these trips and a great kitchen is a must have! So we left today totally satisfied with the house - it was spotless, with lots of towels, cookware, etc to make it just what we wanted. The beds were soft and comfortable and there were tv’s everywhere (I think we watched one movie. lol) The pool is perfect with a tanning ledge and room for us to play impromptu games, lounge around and hang out. Fishing dock and night light were fun although we didn’t catch anything - but saw a ton of fish so must have been our skill. lol Tammy and Jason are easily the most communicative (NOT intrusive) home owners we’ve experienced. They answered messages quickly and courteously and made sure our stay was what we wanted. We all highly recommend this property!

Great Place To Stay!

Highly recommend this rental. They built it the right way with high end appliances and features. Full kitchen with many items that saved us from having to run to the store for things we forgot.

Absolutely Amazing!!

This house is simply gorgeous and is absolutely AMAZING!!! It provided everything we needed for a relaxing weekend get away with family and friends. It was extremely clean and stocked with all the essentials and much more. This house is loaded with the latest technology from smart tvs, master bedroom shower, mirrors and a speaker system inside and outside. All of the bedrooms were spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The pool was perfect and was a great way to cool off on a hot sunny Texas afternoon. The Downings were great hosts and were very helpful. This house is top-notch and I would highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Rockport.

Perfect Accommodations

Where to begin. The house was amazing. Everything you could need to host family or friends was there. From the branded insulated cups to the cornhole boards. The technology through the house was amazing: smart showers, bathroom mirrors, speaker system throughout the house and TVs everywhere you looked. The pool allowed us to lounge around at the house and avoid the beach crowds on Memorial Day. Our fishing charter was able to drop us off after the trip and we even cleaned the fish on the dock with the private cleaning station. The hosts (Jason and Tammy) were extremely helpful and would respond within 5-10min of any questions.

We’ll be coming back!

This home provided everything we needed and more. From the heated pool, the room arrangements, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for family cooking, the wine fridge and ice maker were a surprise and a huge plus. The Downings were responsive to our questions and very accommodating. They even heated the pool for us so we could have our grandchildren jump right in. We will definitely return!
