Casa Sagrado is a brand new property centrally located in Santurce. It is an older Colonial-Spanish home which was completely remodeled and updated into several units-4 two-bedrooms, 2 one-bedrooms and 2 studios; so if you have a large group you could rent several units and all stay in one location. Original Spanish Tiles were preserved wherever possible, and the property has grand archways and high ceilings that date back to when the house was originally built.

Puerto Rico Family Trip

This property was nicely decorated and really clean. Parking was great, location was good. The issue we had was we didn’t have hot water for any of our stay. Also access to the laundry facilities was a must for us booking this and trying to get a hold of the host to get access to them( they were behind a locked gate, was difficult. an

Week stay

Was a reasonably priced nice place to stay making it a short uber trip to most places we had to go to for this trip or a lengthy walk on some occassions we didnt mind. Around the corner is El Patio where we got amazing food and coffee on two occassions.

Nice property but too noisy

We enjoyed our stay, however in the evening you car hear your neighbors partying. Very poor insulation and your hear outside noises too. In rest, it's clean and nice property.

Good quick stay in PR

Super clean apartment and excellent communication with the property manager. It’s in the city, so noisy, but we were told that would be the case. Overall a good stay @ a reasonable price point.

Really enjoyed our stay!! Host: AMAZING!! Communication was great! I heard from the host before the trip, and they even checked in after the first night to ensure everything was okay. Facility: Beautiful!! Clean!!! Spacious!!! I would definitely come back

Great vibe!-Just as advertised

Very clean, all as described. Two in the sofa bed was a bit of a stretch, would probably advertise as 5 people with one sleeping in sofa bed. Love the soap dispenser in the shower and the property is very appropriate. Pleasant stay.

The property itself was immaculate. It has an old-school Spanish, feel all the modern upkeep and features that you need to make your stay more enjoyable. Family Vacation

We had a great time and it truly felt like home away from home. Claudia was a huge help and so pleasant to communicate with. Location is awesome and convenient. There was some construction that took place during our 2 week stay that was uncomfortable but we spent most of our time out and about and understood that it’s for the betterment of the property and future stays will be even better. We will definitely stay again on future trips.

Cute,but no thank you

Hello V community, this is our review and our experience: The Good:Cleaning crew was amazing, the owner was willing to share and educate places to visit and experience. The Bad: We are a middle age couple with 7y old and visited PR for the first time.property is located in old town, so it's Always Loud, crazy traficky, airport is near buy so majority flights in any given time are landing over your building. This Area is a constant construction site, with work starting sometimes at 6am.I should mention this places don't have double painted windows,they have aluminium shutters so the noise is amplified. Ok city noise we can handle,what we can't is inability of the owner to enforce some basic rules, like after 10pm quiet time and no partying.Normally we are out in the morning, exploring the island,beaches and we come in at night to shower go to the.dinner and than back by 11ish plus and to the bad. The issue this place have is a party place, a lot of woman come in and go, your neighbors are usually there a night or so so they are partying till 5am or so, so good luck getting Any sleep. This place might be presented as a family friendly, how ever it is not.If you value your $$ and some rest time for you and your family, do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.We hope that this review will help other families find more appropriate stay in the San Juan. Great Swim Trip

Was attending the Puerto Rico International Swim Open (PRISO) and the drive of 5-7 min to the pool was great, access to places to eat were great, AC was great.... Nothing to complain about, would stay again for sure!!! Thank you for a great 5 day trip...

Centrally located

Stayed two nights and able to get around easily. Modern everything, small problem with the TV remote that was not repaired or exchanged out during our stay.
