You will have access to this entire residential home (excluding the garage). Each Roku TV comes with complimentary Netflix, as well as a full library of apps to login into your own favorite streaming services!

** Please note our pool cleaner comes weekly on Thursday mornings and takes no longer than an hour***

**We do offer the pool to be heated for an additional $65/day during the colder months (November-February)**

No pets allowed (if traveling with a service animal, please inform us during booking so we can notify our cleaners).

This house is a non-smoking house as we often have children and infants that stay here.

Please keep any noise or music played to an appropriate level.

Quiet hours are 9pm-8am on weekdays, 10pm-8am on weekends per community rules. Pool/hot tub will not be accessible during these hours. We do have older neighbors in close proximity. Please respect their peace during evening hours.

Keep side gates closed at all times.
