Comfortable high quality mattresses, upscale bedding, living room, 2 baths and a full kitchen.
The space
In this sweet Victorian built in 1895, there is a front porch which is glass enclosed. The living room, work space, one full bath and kitchen are on the first floor. The second floor houses both bedrooms and the second bath. The upstairs bath has a shower, no tub.

We are able to provide a third bedroom, which has a full/queen airbed, when more sleeping space is needed. Please ask us about this feature if you're interested in extra guest space.

Guests will have the whole house to themselves.
Other things to note
While we want you to have a wonderful time in our space, we do not allow parties or large gatherings of people in the space. This is more of a quiet place to gather, celebrate and enjoy the greater capital district of upstate New York and all the wonderful local offerings.
