Family Christmas/New Year’s celebration

Very nice secluded home with wrap around porch and view of the lake. Owners were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to questions. We enjoyed our stay

A great weekend getaway!

I rented this house out for my brother so we could hang around and play board games and catch up with some of the friends. This place was super awesome, really enjoyed it. Would recommend 100%

A Great Getaway House

Lake View Manor was a great house for a quick getaway. The porch has a really nice view of the lake and perfect spot to bird watch. You felt like you were in the trees. The extra large table in the kitchen was perfect for our group to eat together and play games. There is plenty of room and was nice and clean.

Very nice quiet weekend with family.

A very nice, clean and organized home. Very well appointed. Communication with owner was a breeze and very helpful. I highly recommend and we will be back! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. We had a wonderful time.

Poor communication and ANTS

Property was mostly as described but no communication from owners. Reached out twice...once via messages before arriving with a couple of acessability questions and once again via the phone number provided on reservation confirmation after we arrived and discovered a significant ant problem in bathroom and kitchen. Please note there is not lake access anywhere within walking distance from the property.

Beautiful views

The views are beautiful. We loved the big wrap around porch and utilized it most of the time. It does have a hillside to get to the firepit which might make it difficult for some. The kids of all ages had a great weekend together. There are many spices to accommodate any meal. It was a much needed family weekend!

Amazing place

Absolutely loved the place. Very accommodating if you have a larger group. The view was beautiful and the house is clearly well taken care of. The owner always responded very quickly which made this process a lot easier.

Women's Retreat

Beautiful Location on a hill overlooking Tappan Lake. House was nicely furnished and clean. Lovely wrap around porch. House was equipped with everything we needed. The owners were super responsive when we had questions.

Sibling's Retreat

The location of the property sits atop a hill with a beautiful view of the lake! The deck and outside area is perfect for outdoor conversations or relaxing around the firepit. The house has rustic comfort with log fixing and beautiful wood workmanship. The rooms are spacious with comfortable sleeping arrangements to accommodate our family of 8. The house was stocked with everything needed, from cooking to linen, for an enjoyable stay. The books and games were a great treat! The overall setting was perfect for our siblings retreat to relax and reconnect!
