Tiny Trendy Traveler's Studio in Historic Midtown!

This small studio is just shy of 200 sq ft, but doesn't skimp on style! Located in the heart of midtown, it's the perfect spot for one or two people traveling or working in Memphis. Enter into your cozy living space with a brand new kitchenette and dining table/work space. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker. Please note there is no stove, so if you are an aspiring Top Chef, one of our other units with a full kitchen might be a better fit. The full bathroom has just been completely renovated. The bedroom packs a punch with vibrant Anthropologie wallpaper, a super comfy queen sized memory foam bed, and black out shades. This tiny space doesn't have a full closet, but we do have hangers and a luggage stand for your clothes, and there is space under the bed to store any extra bags.

The entire studio is yours. The only shared spaces on the property are the balcony, laundry room in basement, and parking lot.

Something to note: This is a lower unit in an old historic building - you may hear other guests walking around in the unit above you. We do have plenty of area rugs with thick pads to dampen sound and ask them to be quiet and respectful, but if this would bother you or you are a very light sleeper, we would suggest booking another unit.

Mini getaway

This unit is just as described, it's adorable and tiny but not too tiny. Only a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Beale St area. I would definitely stay here again.

The Perfect Place for a Get Away

I absolutely loved this listing! Check in was easy, the unit was clean and cozy when my partner and I walked in. Even though we didn't bother her, Ms. Stephanie was very responsive prior to my booking and even during. Definitely plan to stay again!

Excellent Stay

I had an excellent stay. I was in town for a conference and it was just what I needed. I really appreciated the designated parking for each unit. It gave peace of mind knowing I always had the same spot. My host did a superb job at sending instructions for check in/out and making me feel welcome. The place was clean with ample towels. The location was perfect for my needs, central to the area. I would definitely stay here again!

Solid property and definitely inexpensive

Great communication from the host. We knew this was small, but chose it for price, availability of an onsite laundry, and the reviews of others. Sink was slow draining, bed and pillows were VERY firm, so we never really slept well. Some various duat bunnies, but clean overall. May or may not stay again due to the hard bedding, but that's a personal choice... some may love it. Overall, met basic needs and we felt safe.

The place itself is very clean, but the neighborhood is a lil sketchy. One of the two bedlamps constantly flickered, so we just kept it off during our stay, and the shower is a bit cramped but the water temp and pressure are great. Main complaint is the driveway entrance — it's very small, so if you're claustrophobic or can't handle driving thru small spaces, your best bet is to park in the lot next door.

Super cute and affordable little place just right for 1-2 people. Centrally located and within a few minutes to all the downtown things we needed(Rhodes College for baseball, my son's hotel,) and we even spent an evening on Beale St. It was a quiet neighborhood for the most part. Private parking behind the building was convenient with easy access to the unit.
