The vacation rental is located near the Westerland Aquarium and right next to the Südwäldchen, the dunes, and the beach. By bus, it’s just one stop from the Westerland train station (Bus Line 2 – Lerchenweg stop); the Westerland pedestrian zone is an easy 15-minute walk away.
PLEASE NOTE: The elevator stops on the mezzanine level; from there, there are about 8 steps up to the apartment’s floor.

Size:
2-room apartment, approx. 38 m². For two people (+ possibly 2 children).
Amenities:
A high-quality, tastefully furnished 2-room apartment in the southern part of Westerland in a very quiet location. The separate bedroom features 2 single beds and a large, spacious built-in closet. The living room has a sleeper sofa and access to the west-facing balcony. A special feature of the living room is an electric fireplace. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher and a microwave with a baking function.
A small dog may be brought along upon request for an additional fee.
Parking space No. 152 on a parking deck diagonally across from the apartment is included with the rental.
A washing machine and bicycle storage are available in the building.

Please note the regulations regarding the separate visitor’s tax charged by the respective municipality on Sylt. This tax is billed separately and is due no later than upon arrival.
