The cottage has a good kitchen with dining area, living room with access to the spacious, partly covered terrace. There is plenty of opportunity to find shade and sun, and in the evening you can light the barbecue and enjoy the peace and quiet. There are a total of three bedrooms, a large loft and a nice bathroom with shower, washer and dryer. In addition, there is a garage. Access to the attic is via a ladder on the wall.



The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and only a ten minute drive from golf courses, put and take lakes, cozy inns and many galleries.

Odsherred also offers beautiful and unspoiled nature, wonderful opportunities for hiking, walking and cycling. In addition, the area offers great fishing opportunities on the coasts.



The house is the perfect starting point for excursions due to its location to the E21 freeway. Copenhagen is about 1 hour away, Jülland only 15 minutes by ferry.

Nearby is the adventure park Sommerland Sjælland, where all rides are free after paying the entrance fee. Or visit Dragsholm Castle from the 13th century, where a ghost is said to live. The castle is unique and picturesquely located by the bay of Nekselø.
