Although we love a good get together, please no parties, this is a quiet neighborhood. No smoking (cigarettes, vaping, weed) of any kind on the property. Pets are awesome but poop is not. Complimentary doggies bags are under the kitchen sink. Please keep your pup leashed in the front yard. The backyard is fenced

Beach vacation

The property was great for us it had everything we needed. We rented a house so we could cook and not eat out as much and found everything we needed to do so. It was very quiet street and a short walk to a nice beach.

Perfect!

We loved our stay at the beach house! It’s close enough to Daytona Beach where we were attending an event, but still felt like we were in a little beach town. The beach was a super short walk away and was quiet and clean. As for the property, it was perfect for our stay. Everything was neat and the host responded immediately when I had a question. We’ll definitely be back!

Ormond beach vacation

We travelled with 3kids (three to nine years old) and still had enough space in the beach house. Beach toys and games for inside included. Plenty of space, very clean and cosy beach house style furnishing. Beach in walking distance even for a three year old.We had a great time.

Third Trip - Great As Always

This was our third time staying at this property so clearly we love it here. The location can't be beat with just a few minutes walk to the beach or river. The home is ALWAYS immaculate. Cleanliness is super important to me and I can't say enough good things about this property from that respect. Dollar General is right down the street which comes in handy. Publix, Dollar Tree, restaurants, etc. are just a short drive. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time, the house was perfectly clean when we arrived. It’s in a very nice neighborhood. It is a block and a half from the beach we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.A few times we needed to speak to the property manager. They normally responded within an hour or two.We will definitely be back.

Ocean Shore Drive is Great

Staying in this excellent and well maintained brought back childhood memories of old Florida. My wife and i enjoyed this home, very well furnished and access to all features. Beds slept well too.

Fantastic location

Overall, this was a great place to stay! It was clean, all all supplies needed where available, including beach chairs, kitchen items, etc and the fenced yard is a plus. The location was amazing - very close to the beach, restaurants and amenities. The only minor issue we had was the shower pressure wasn't great. We would definitely recommend it!

Amazing dog friendly stay

Loved that this property was a walk to the ocean or a walk to the river. We stayed here for a week for an 80th birthday celebration nearby and it was perfect for us! We hope to stay here again sometime as we come to the area to visit family every couple of years.

Beach birthday

We gathered with family for my birthday and it was definitely a Happy Birthday! The house has everything you need and is absolutely clean just like brand new. Walk to the beach, restaurants, ice cream shop. Perfect! Hope to be back next year.

Beautiful place but a few issues

Lovely place with plenty of amenities. The proximity to the beach was great as well. However, there was a plumbing issue impacting the shower and toilet for the majority of our stay. We noticed the toilet acting up a bit the first night, but by the morning we saw it was a bigger issue. I contacted Mike via DM, but was not able to reach him, so I called and left a message, and he called me back shortly after. He had the septic tank pumped same day. However, the issue returned in the evening, so called Mike again and he scheduled a plumber for the following day. We did have to wait a while for the plumber and it was frustrating losing most of a beach day, especially only having 3 full days there, but I know that’s out of Mike’s control. The shower rod also fell off the wall and would not remain tight enough to stay on the wall, so between that and the plumbing issue, we really were not able to use the shower for the duration of our stay. Thankfully there was an outdoor shower so as long as we wore our bathing suits we were able to shower. Once the plumber came, we had no further issues for the last day and a half of our stay. Mike did refund me about one day’s cost to stay, which was appreciated. However, it would have been nice to have more of a discussion about the refund amount and to have had a bit more communication overall, especially if DMs were not going to be the primary mode of communication. Overall the house and area were great, just a bit of a rocky stay for us.

Happy 14th Anniversary

My wife and I stayed here with our puppies for our 14th anniversary. The home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the beach and a small public fishing pier. Our puppies loved the fenced back yard. The property owners included a lot of helpful information in their guest book and were very responsive to any other questions we had. Would definitely recommend and would definitely go back.

Little Getaway

Everything about our stay was great. The house was clean and updated. There were plenty of towels, cleaning supplies, cooking supplies, etc .. Our dogs were also welcome and had a large backyard to explore.

I would give this property 10 stars if I could! VERY clean and organized....has everything you could possibly need or want while staying there. Great place CLOSE to the beach. Quiet neighborhood convenient to many places. We loved it and will definitely return soon!

Perfect Beach Getaway

A perfect ten!

All new and fresh everything. Well stocked with kitchen supplies and sundries. Saved us money. General dollar 3 min walk has groceries, produce, like a small supermarket. Beach easy 4-5 min walk at park entrance. Quiet street. This place was perfect. The hosts provided beach gear, bikes, etc. Usually the descriptions and photos of many VRBO are dated, and when you arrive, the places a worn. This place was just the opposite. Far exceeded the expectations in the description and photos. And, bonus, Surfin Scoops is just around the corner. Best homemade ice cream ever, and inexpensive. We would love to return in the future. Great host!!!!

Another great stay

This was our second stay here and it was just as wonderful as the first. The location is great. Short walk to the beach or the river. All beach necessities are provided - towels, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, wagon, etc. Kitchen had everything we needed. Space was perfect for our family. Dollar General is conveniently located right down the street. It's just a short drive to Publix for groceries. Quiet neighborhood.

Bike week Hideaway

We had a wonderful stay the location was perfect for our needs . The house was spotless and who ever decorated it nailed it . Great little getaway for just the two of us and a nice quit street . Look forward to next year as soon as we find out the dates .

Perfect family vacation house

This house was everything we could ask for for our family vacation/Spring Break. The house was the cleanest house we have ever stayed at. The wagon with beach toys and chairs was wonderful to bring to the beach each day. We appreciated having beach towels available. The kitchen was stocked and the grill was nice to use for home cooked meals. We enjoyed playing the games most nights. There was plenty of restaurants, shops, and things to do; but Ormond beach is also a quieter town to just relax and enjoy the beach and sunshine.

Our family of 4 (including a hairy little one) love to take trips whenever possible. We hope you enjoy our little seaside escape as much as we do.
