Location was nice, communication was poor

Overall, my stay at this VRBO property was a frustrating and disappointing experience due to poor communication with the host and some small issues at the property itself. Not receiving check-in instructions until multiple messages to the host and then ultimately calling VRBO. Additionally, there was confusion and lack of guidance around parking. We spent a considerable amount of time trying to find a solution to not having a parking pass and waiting for a response from the host. This consumed a significant portion of our evening and caused unnecessary worry about our vehicle. The apartment itself wasn't up to par. The bed was uncomfortably low and felt unstable, and the kitchen table felt precarious, like it could collapse at any moment. Furthermore, the towels provided had visible bleach stains, and the hand soap in the bathroom seemed like it was straight water.

Quaint apt minutes from downtown KC

Super convenient location, with parking onsite. Property owner was quick to reply to any requests. Check in/out was painless. Kitchen has the basics needed for cooking, but plenty of great BBQ restaurants and bars within a mile of the apartment. Only complaint is the water pressure in the shower is very low. Perfect place to stay if you're vacationing or in town for a conference. Would definitely stay again!

Conference in KC

Had a conference in Crown Center and this was a great location and alternative to a hotel. Nicely appointed. Extremely clean. Everything we could need while being in between Westport and Crown Center. Worked perfect and would stay again

Clean place and easy to check in.

We showed up late in the evening ready to relax, the check in process was remote and easy. I recommend this rental to anyone looking to be close to the downtown area!
