Searching for a comfortable place to relax and enjoy all the local attractions? This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome is located in the exclusive Paradise Palms Resort. The home offers a cozy environment and allows guests access to all the resort amenities, perfect for fun family vacations. Featuring a private outdoor patio with a swimming pool and just minutes from exciting entertainment within the area, this home is an excellent selection for convenient traveling.
The check-in time for each reservation is between 5:00PM - 12:00AM.
The check-out time is at 10:00AM with no exception.
Any delay during check-out will result in fees. Please plan your trip accordingly to avoid any inconveniences and unwanted charges.
NO PETS, NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES/EVENTS, NO LOUD MUSIC AFTER 10:00PM
Pets, smoking, parties/events are absolutely not allowed on our property. Disregarding our policy is considered an Intent to Damage and will result in a fee upon check-out. Violations will also be reported and may result in further penalties.

The home is located in the gorgeous community of Paradise Palms. This incredible resort features many amenities for guests to enjoy such as the 9,500 Sqft. Clubhouse and the 5,000 Sqft. swimming pool. It is located just minutes away from great restaurants, convenient shopping, and endless entertainment choices. Disney World, Disney Springs, Universal Studios, City Walk, and Old Town are also near to Paradise Palms, allowing guests easy access to a variety of popular attractions.
