Welcome to Toy Box Townhouse! A newly renovated townhome with modern touches, ensuites for each of the three bedrooms, and a Toy Story themed kids' bedroom that's only 10 minutes away from Walt Disney World.

Please be aware that you may see various workers for the HOA and our rental around the property grounds. Some things to note:
🌊 Weekly Pool Service - They enter through the back screen door to not disturb you at the front door. Typically services are on Saturdays but can happen on Sundays due to weather and life.
🐞 Monthly pest control - In and around the property typically done at guest turnovers but may be running behind due to weather and life.
