Centrally located 3 bedroom luxury retreat

This home is close to ample dining, shopping, and entertainment as well as North Park Mall and Presbyterian Hospital. Downtown, Uptown, Lower Greenville & Dallas Love Airport are all nearby, too. Completely remodeled, the home has modern amenities, designer interiors, smart TVs, a full kitchen, all new mattresses, high speed wifi & more. Come relax in the outdoor space or play a round of pool on the 8' vintage table.

The space
The home sleeps 6-10 people (10 if you double up on the full size beds & sofa bed), it has a full kitchen with a coffee bar, along with a reverse osmosis drinking water system. If you like to cook, the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and bakeware. For your enjoyment, we have a 60" smart TV, an 8' pool table and a yard. We have tried to think of everything you may need for a comfortable stay however, if you have any special requests, please let us know and we will see if it's possible.

Entire house & fully fenced yard. There is a front door and back door entrance, both with secure smart locks.

Other things to note
There is an outlet if you need to charge your car but there is also a super charge station nearby.

Great Central Dallas Stay

We had overflow in our PH home for large family get together and this house was perfect for hosting the quiet getaway from the chaos. Comfortable beds and proximity to restaurants and retail make this house a great option for a family visiting or just looking to visit central Dallas for a long weekend!

Perfection for 4 girlfriends :)

We stayed here for a girls weekend to celebrate my birthday. Everything was as pictured, the beds were very comfortable and the hosts were extremely responsive. Quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for families

The home was just right for my family that came in for a wedding. It gave my dad is own room and bathroom while the rest of us could get ready in the other rooms and bathroom. The owners were great and answered any questions quickly.

Star property of Dallas

This was our second time renting this property and it never disappoints. It is always clean, well appointed and very inviting. We enjoy our stay immensely! We're planning a return trip to visit family and this is definitely where we will stay!

Great girls’ trip

Family wedding

Absolutely perfect stay at this CLEAN, cute house! The host accommodated our need for an early arrival and even had a bottle of wine for us! If the need ever arises to stay in Dallas again, we’ll definitely stay here !

Worked well for Family Holiday Visit

I didn't realize when I booked that the house is a duplex, but we never noticed the neighbors so it turned out just fine. The house itself was great and accommodated us all. My only issue was that some of the outlets are old and many of the new plugs for USBs, USB-Cs would not stay in the outlets.

Great Location

We recently attended a large family function in Dallas and this house was perfect for smaller family unit. The house is exactly as described on VRBO. The details - soft towels in the bathrooms, great shampoo and conditioner, hand soap, etc made the stay even better. I cannot say enough about the location which was perfect for us! We will definitely be staying here again for the next family event.

Cozy home

My wife and I stayed with two fifteen year old boys and it was perfect. The pool table and side yard was just enough to keep them entertained between Dallas activities. Owner was very accommodating and the house was clean and organized.

Friends reunion stay

My wife and 2 of her her closest friends stayed here for the weekend and had a great visit! The house was as advertised and they had no issues at all. Easy check in process and the host was very good at communicating with me throughout the process. We definitely recommend this property to anyone interested in booking in the Dallas area.

Great place!

Super fun birthday weekend with our adult kids! Location was so convenient for our family! Place is cute and very clean! Happy to have the pool table for the guys during the TV football games! Go Horns! Host was very attentive to all the details! Thank you for such a nice stay during family time!

Easy to find...exact description

We choose this location because it was centrally located for the many events we needed to attend over the weekend. 5 adults & 2 toddlers. Covered parking. Beds were comfy. Blackout curtains. Ceiling fans. Very clean.
