This beautiful holiday home is located on a small hill near the town of Ludbreg. Surrounded by vineyards, orchards and unspoilt nature, it offers you the perfect respite from city life. The attractive pool offers swimming fun for all, with views of the surrounding forest. On the ground floor there is a technical room and a tavern for tasting locally produced wines. On the upper floor there is a bathroom, a kitchen and a dining room with a living room and a covered terrace with a barbecue where you can enjoy delicious grilled dishes in the fresh air. The attic has two bedrooms with a minimum ceiling height of 100 cm. During your stay, be sure to visit Ludbreg, the baroque town of Varadin and the Varadin Spa, where you will find countless wellness offers and a water park for the little ones.
