This houseboat with 84 m² of living space is ideal for a relaxing stay of four people. This is the largest houseboat offered in the Benelux. There are two bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, a modern living room with large windows and attractive gas fireplace. The open kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, filter coffee maker, microwave and 2-burner induction hob. The bathroom has a level shower, heated towel rail, sink with mirror, and closet. Opposite the bathroom is the separate toilet. The rooms in this houseboat are equipped with infrared panels that create a wonderful radiant heat.



Through the jetty you can reach the aft deck of the houseboat, from where you can access the floating house through one of the doors. Through the large sliding doors in the living room you can go to the spacious front deck. Here you will find a garden table with adjustable chairs where you can relax. Here you can also access the water via stairs and eventually moor your (smaller) boat. The homeowner already has a SUP and a rowboat ready for rent! Sun worshippers will appreciate the large sun deck, which is accessible via a narrow spiral staircase. Here you will find a beautiful lounge set, a sun umbrella and a gas grill. From the deck you also have a beautiful view of the marina and the lake. Are you traveling with young children? Given the stay on and around the water, it is not unwise to bring a life jacket for the little ones.



There is a boat lift in the marina that you can use for a fee. In the marina there is a reception, a water sports store and a restaurant. In the store you can rent a sloop, extra stand up paddle boards or another fun board. It is also possible to fish. In the beautiful surroundings of Leukermeer you can take a trip with your own or a rented boat, spend a day swimming on one of the beaches or do other wonderful activities. Fun is guaranteed here. Due to the great location on the edge of the marina 't Leuken you have a panoramic view of the harbor and the lake Leukermeer.



In the immediate vicinity of this North Limburg nature and water sports area you will find Overloon with zoo and war museum at only 10 km. The city of light Eindhoven is 54 km away, the airport Düsseldorf 84 km. Many guests come here to enjoy themselves on and around the water or to take wonderful bike rides or walks in the beautiful nature reserve. There are also several golf courses in the region.
